【摘要】：正話語霸權(quán),是美國等西方國家保持資本主義優(yōu)勢地位的重要手段。美國等西方國家不僅基于其強大的信息技術(shù)綜合實力和優(yōu)先發(fā)展起來的現(xiàn)代傳播體系竭力維護其話語霸權(quán)地位,還積極采取各種隱蔽性的伎倆,諸如利用所謂"普世話語"、議程設(shè)置等方式方法,著力于從細(xì)微處入手,逐步消解我國主流意識形態(tài)話語。對此,我們必須認(rèn)真應(yīng)對。一自21世紀(jì)初始,美國就開始把西方民主、三權(quán)分立等所謂"普世價值"作為推行其霸權(quán)主義的新概念、新手段。奧巴馬上任總統(tǒng)以
[Abstract]:The hegemony of positive discourse is an important means for the United States and other western countries to maintain the dominant position of capitalism. The western countries, such as the United States and other western countries, are not only based on their powerful information technology comprehensive strength and the first developed modern communication system to maintain their utterance hegemony, but also actively adopt various covert tricks, such as the so-called "universal words". In the beginning of twenty-first Century, the United States began to take the so-called "universal values" as the new concept of hegemonism, the new means of Obama's presidency, by the beginning of the twenty-first Century, the United States began to put the so-called "universal value" of Western democracy and the separation of the three powers as the new concept of hegemonism.
