【摘要】：鄰里作為基于地緣關(guān)系的生活共同體,隨著各歷史階段的社會(huì)發(fā)展不斷演化。較之古代高度同質(zhì)、封閉、親密的鄰里,現(xiàn)代城市鄰里則更具開(kāi)放性。各種內(nèi)外部因子的介入與作用,使得鄰里互動(dòng)的契機(jī)減少,鄰里交往衰落,并引發(fā)各種城市社會(huì)問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)"移動(dòng)社區(qū)金融"的事例解析,初步探尋現(xiàn)代城市鄰里的屬性回歸及其可能的激活路徑。從鄰里的本質(zhì)和綜合屬性出發(fā),結(jié)合鄰里的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力模型分析,多維度解讀其暗含的新型"鄰里性"。研究指出,移動(dòng)社區(qū)金融以社區(qū)居民的日�；顒�(dòng)為基點(diǎn),以金融產(chǎn)品為平臺(tái)和介質(zhì),形成銀行、地產(chǎn)公司、物業(yè)、周邊商戶、社區(qū)居民等多方的利益鏈條,以培育生活共同體為紐帶和核心動(dòng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)多方主體的互動(dòng)與共贏,在一定程度上使鄰里單元重新找回其活力和精神。
[Abstract]:Neighborhood, as a community of life based on geographical relationship, evolves with the social development of each historical stage. Modern urban neighborhoods are more open than those of high homogeneity, closeness and closeness in ancient times. The intervention and function of various internal and external factors reduce the opportunities of neighborhood interaction, decline neighborhood communication, and cause various urban social problems. By analyzing the case of "mobile community finance", this paper preliminarily explores the attribute regression of modern urban neighborhood and its possible activation path. Starting from the essence and comprehensive attribute of neighborhood, combining with the analysis of endogenous dynamic model of neighborhood, this paper interprets the new type of "neighborhood" implied by it in many dimensions. The study points out that mobile community finance is based on the daily activities of the community residents, and takes the financial products as the platform and medium to form a chain of interests for banks, real estate companies, real estate, surrounding businesses, community residents, and so on. To cultivate the community of life as the link and core motive force, to realize the interaction and win-win of various subjects, to a certain extent, to restore the vitality and spirit of the neighborhood unit.
