【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域中的老年歧視主要表現(xiàn)在人們對于老年人的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生問題存在偏見、老年人可用的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生資源不足、基本醫(yī)療保險制度對老年人不公三個方面。從文化的視角來看,老年歧視源于我國孝文化的變遷:一方面?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)孝道日漸勢微;另一方面孝文化呈現(xiàn)出一些新特征,這種變遷導(dǎo)致老年人被邊緣化,最終造成了老年歧視。為了個體和社會的健康發(fā)展,必須消除醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域中的老年歧視。為此,應(yīng)將構(gòu)建以家庭情感為紐帶、以尊老為基本規(guī)范、強(qiáng)調(diào)代際公正的新型孝文化作為根本措施,同時采取一些更為直接的措施來改變?nèi)藗儗夏耆说某梢姾痛蛟旃尼t(yī)療衛(wèi)生環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:At present, the discrimination of old age in the field of medical and health care in our country is mainly manifested in three aspects: the prejudice of people to the medical and health problems of the elderly, the insufficiency of the medical and health resources available to the elderly and the injustice of the basic medical insurance system to the elderly. From the perspective of culture, the aging discrimination originates from the changes of filial piety culture in our country: on the one hand, the traditional filial piety becomes less and more powerful; on the other hand, the filial piety culture presents some new characteristics, which leads to the marginalization of the elderly and finally leads to the discrimination of the elderly. For the healthy development of individual and society, it is necessary to eliminate the discrimination of old age in the field of health care. Therefore, we should take the construction of a new filial piety culture, which is based on family emotion and respect for the elderly as the basic norm and emphasizes intergenerational justice, as a fundamental measure. At the same time, more direct measures are being taken to change stereotypes about the elderly and to create a just health environment.
