【摘要】：在社會總體生活水準(zhǔn)得以提高,醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平有所上升,社會的人口老齡化趨勢愈發(fā)明顯。隨著壽命的延長老人發(fā)生失能的可能性也更高。針對這一特殊人群的照護(hù)是我們社會目前需要解決的重點(diǎn)問題之一。因?yàn)檗r(nóng)村區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)比較落后,醫(yī)療資源比較匱乏,且伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化的進(jìn)程,傳統(tǒng)家庭照護(hù)模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在的需要了而機(jī)構(gòu)照護(hù)在鄉(xiāng)下不普及以及政府保障力度不夠的情況下,怎樣緩解甚至解決農(nóng)村喪失自理能力老人群體的照顧和護(hù)理問題,成為了一場極大的考驗(yàn)。筆者采用問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等系列研究手段,選擇A縣農(nóng)村為樣本,搜集該區(qū)域失能老人群體及其接受長期照護(hù)的資料及數(shù)據(jù),分析和歸納其中的不足。接著根據(jù)調(diào)查地的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,基于社會支持理論,嘗試自家庭、政府及社會三大支持主體入手,對其分析照護(hù)現(xiàn)狀分析發(fā)現(xiàn)主要是現(xiàn)有照護(hù)模式發(fā)展不足、缺乏專業(yè)長期的照護(hù)人員、長期照護(hù)費(fèi)用負(fù)擔(dān)重、長期照護(hù)內(nèi)容不全面、政府提供的政策保障不足等問題。所以,理應(yīng)進(jìn)一步把社會支持理論融合至實(shí)際的農(nóng)村失能老人長期照護(hù),應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)政府為主導(dǎo),家庭照護(hù)為基礎(chǔ),社會機(jī)構(gòu)補(bǔ)充的三方面社會支持主體的共同參與和協(xié)作才能更好的解決農(nóng)村失能老人長期照護(hù)面臨的困境,使得他們過上高品質(zhì)的老年生活。
[Abstract]:As the overall standard of living in the society is increasing, the level of medical service has risen, the trend of the aging of the population is becoming more and more obvious. With the prolongation of life, the possibility of disability is also higher. The care of this special group is one of the key problems that our society needs to solve at present. The economic comparison of the rural areas is relatively low. After the lack of medical resources, and with the process of urbanization and industrialization, the traditional family care model can not adapt to the needs of the present, and the institutional care is not popular in the countryside and the government is not enough, how to alleviate and even solve the care and nursing problems of the elderly in the rural areas. The author adopts a series of methods such as questionnaire, interview and so on. I choose the rural areas of A County as samples, collect the data and data of the old people who have lost energy in the region and their long-term care, analyze and summarize the shortcomings. Then, based on the actual situation of the investigation and the theory of social support, they try their own family and politics. The three main support subjects of the government and the society, the analysis of its analysis and care status analysis found that the existing care mode is mainly inadequate development, the lack of professional long-term care personnel, long-term care cost burden, long-term care content is not comprehensive, the government provides insufficient policy guarantee and so on. Therefore, the social support theory should be further integrated into the theory. The long-term care of the elderly in the rural areas should be stressed by the elderly, which should be emphasized by the government, the family care as the basis, and the joint participation and cooperation of the three social support subjects supplemented by the social institutions can better solve the difficulties faced by the long-term care of the disabled elderly in rural areas, and lead them to lead the high quality of the elderly life.
