【摘要】：[目的/意義]網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒在跨文化背景中常受文化模式的影響而呈現(xiàn)出表達上的差異,明確這一過程的發(fā)生機制和結(jié)果,對于有效辨識和引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒,避免文化誤解和文化沖突具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。[方法/過程]以情緒評估理論與模型為基礎(chǔ),對2015年巴黎暴恐事件中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒進行了類別和效價的量化分析,樣本來自You Tube上法、德、英、美四國公眾對事件的評論。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過對四國9 501條樣本的情緒分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在此次事件中,網(wǎng)民的情緒較為一致地傾向于負(fù)面,但因受到事件性質(zhì)、情緒關(guān)注點和文化背景等多方面因素的影響而呈現(xiàn)出微妙的差異。同時,由于事件特征和文化模式的影響,此事件中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒也表現(xiàn)出高參與度和高喚醒度的特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出在跨文化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)情緒傳播中,應(yīng)該重視正面情緒的引導(dǎo)功能,以及情緒表達中多層次的中介因素以增進傳播效果。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] Internet emotions are often influenced by cultural patterns in cross-cultural context, showing differences in expression. To clarify the mechanism and results of this process, we can effectively identify and guide online emotions. It is of great practical significance to avoid cultural misunderstanding and cultural conflict. [method / process] based on the theory and model of emotion assessment, the category and titer of online emotions in Paris violent terrorist events in 2015 were analyzed quantitatively. The samples were collected from the public comments on the events in You Tube, France, Germany, Britain and the United States. [results / conclusion] based on the emotional analysis of 9,501 samples of the four countries, it was found that, in this incident, the netizens' emotions were more consistently negative, but due to the nature of the incident, The influence of many factors, such as emotional concern and cultural background, shows subtle differences. At the same time, due to the influence of event characteristics and cultural patterns, the network emotion in this event also shows the characteristics of high participation and high arousal. On this basis, it is proposed that the guiding function of positive emotions and the multi-level intermediary factors in emotional expression should be emphasized in the cross-cultural network emotional communication to improve the communication effect.
