【摘要】：參政黨是國家治理現代化的重要參與者、推動者和監(jiān)督者,參與國家治理可彰顯參政議政的治理主體功能、提升多元協(xié)商治理效能、發(fā)揮凝聚共識的整合作用。國家治理現代化對參政黨提出了新要求,主要是增強治理主體意識、提升治理主體能力、發(fā)揮治理主體作用。要提升參政黨參政議政、合作共事能力,促進國家治理科學化;提升參政黨政治協(xié)商、社會整合能力,推進國家治理民主化;提升參政黨民主監(jiān)督、組織凝聚能力,優(yōu)化國家治理效能。
[Abstract]:Participating political parties are important participants, promoters and supervisors in the modernization of national governance. Participating in national governance can show the main function of governance, enhance the efficiency of pluralistic consultation governance, and play the role of conglomeration of consensus. The modernization of national governance puts forward new requirements to the participating political parties, mainly to strengthen the consciousness of the main body of governance, enhance the ability of the main body of governance, and give play to the role of the main body of governance. It is necessary to enhance the ability of participating political parties to participate in political affairs, to cooperate and work together, to promote the scientific governance of the country, to enhance the ability of political consultation and social integration of participating political parties, to promote the democratization of state governance, and to enhance the democratic supervision of participating political parties and their ability to organize and consolidate; Optimize the effectiveness of national governance.
