【摘要】：非營利組織在發(fā)展上很大程度要?dú)w因于志愿者的志愿服務(wù),而志愿者的參與動機(jī),對其志愿服務(wù)有著重要的影響。本論文主要是對泰國清邁市的非營利組織志愿者參與動機(jī)的水平及其影響因素的研究,對泰國清邁市的非營利組織志愿者參與動機(jī)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查與訪談分析,以及對志愿者參與動機(jī)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,并提出一些相關(guān)建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),清邁市非營利組織志愿者的參與動機(jī)總體處于中上水平,并呈現(xiàn)多元化的形態(tài)。除了婚姻狀況和學(xué)歷之外,性別、年齡、個人月收入、每周投入時間都對清邁市非營利組織志愿者參與動機(jī)在總體上有顯著的差異。針對清邁市非營利組織志愿者參與動機(jī)的外在限制,包括缺乏解決問題的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、缺乏專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的人才、缺乏心理輔導(dǎo)服務(wù)、缺乏人力資源規(guī)劃等,從政府、非營利組織以及個人三個層面提出了提高清邁市非營利組織志愿者參與動機(jī)的建議,希望本研究能夠激發(fā)志愿者為組織為社會服務(wù)的熱忱,促進(jìn)非營利組織的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of non-profit organizations is largely due to volunteer service, and the motivation of volunteer participation has an important impact on volunteer service. This thesis is mainly to study the level and influencing factors of volunteer participation motivation of non-profit organization in Chiang Mai City, Thailand, and carry out questionnaire survey and interview analysis on volunteer participation motivation of non-profit organization in Chiang Mai City, Thailand. And the problems of volunteer participation motivation are analyzed, and some relevant suggestions are put forward. The study found that the participation motivation of non-profit organization volunteers in Chiang Mai City is generally in the upper middle level and presents a diversified form. In addition to marital status and education gender age personal monthly income and weekly investment time have significant differences in the motivation of volunteer participation in the non-profit organizations in Chiang Mai. In view of the external restrictions on volunteer participation motivation of non-profit organizations in Chiang Mai, including a lack of problem-solving networks, lack of professional training personnel, lack of psychological counselling services, lack of human resources planning, etc., from the government, Three levels of non-profit organizations and individuals proposed to improve the motivation of volunteer participation in the city of Chiang Mai non-profit organizations, hoping that this study can stimulate the enthusiasm of volunteers for the organization to serve the society, and promote the development of non-profit organizations.
