【摘要】：隨著改革開放的不斷深入,非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士登上歷史舞臺(tái),逐步發(fā)展成為新的社會(huì)階層,他們?cè)诮?jīng)濟(jì)上財(cái)力雄厚、在社會(huì)上影響巨大、在數(shù)量上人數(shù)眾多,在政治上訴求多元,且發(fā)展趨勢(shì)迅猛。加強(qiáng)和改善對(duì)非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士的團(tuán)結(jié)、服務(wù)、引導(dǎo)、教育,關(guān)系到統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的發(fā)展壯大,有利于鞏固和擴(kuò)大黨執(zhí)政的階級(jí)基礎(chǔ)和群眾基礎(chǔ)。這就需要充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作作為黨的特殊政治工作和群眾工作的優(yōu)勢(shì),把非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士作為統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的一個(gè)重要著力點(diǎn),通過加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士思想政治工作,增進(jìn)廣泛共識(shí),堅(jiān)定共同理想。特別是在我國(guó)進(jìn)入經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)和全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的大背景下,非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士的群體結(jié)構(gòu)、思想觀念、個(gè)人素質(zhì)、成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境等都發(fā)生了深刻變化,2015年召開了中央統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作會(huì)議,頒布《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線工作條例(試行)》,對(duì)開展非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士思想政治工作提出了新的要求。本文共五個(gè)部分,第一部分為緒論,對(duì)研究背景、研究的目的和意義、研究的理論資源與框架、核心概念、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究的思路和方法,以及本文可能的創(chuàng)新和局限進(jìn)行了闡述。第二部分,結(jié)合政黨適應(yīng)性理論,對(duì)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部開展非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士思想政治工作的重要意義、目標(biāo)任務(wù)與主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行探討。第三部分,通過回顧近年來(lái)統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部門開展非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士思想政治工作的主要做法和進(jìn)展情況,總結(jié)成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第四部分,以吉林省統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部門開展非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士思想政治工作為例,分析工作中所面臨的問題。第五部分,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,以求助力于統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論和非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士思想政治工作的研究與實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the non-public sector of the economy has stepped onto the historical stage and gradually developed into a new social class. They have deep financial resources in the economy, great influence in society, and a large number of people in the number. Political demands are diverse, and the development trend is swift and violent. Strengthening and improving the unity, service, guidance, and education of the people in the non-public economy is related to the development and expansion of the United front, and is conducive to consolidating and expanding the class and mass basis of the Party's ruling power. In this way, it is necessary to give full play to the United front work as the party's special political work and the superiority of the mass work, to take the personages of the non-public economy as an important focus of United front work, and to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of the people in the non-public sector of the economy. We will enhance broad consensus and strengthen common ideals. In particular, against the background of our country entering the new normal of economic development and comprehensively promoting the rule of law, the group structure, ideology and personal quality of the non-public sector of the economy, Profound changes have taken place in the growing environment. In 2015, a central United front work conference was held and the regulations on the United Front work of the Communist Party of China (for trial implementation) were promulgated, putting forward new requirements for the ideological and political work of people in the non-public sector of the economy. There are five parts in this paper. The first part is the introduction, the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the theoretical resources and framework of the research, the core concepts, the status quo of the research, the ideas and methods of the research. As well as this article possible innovation and the limitation has carried on the elaboration. The second part, combined with the theory of political party adaptability, discusses the significance, target and main content of the ideological and political work of non-public economic personages in the United Front work Department. The third part summarizes the successful experience by reviewing the main methods and progress of the ideological and political work carried out by the United front departments in recent years. The fourth part, taking the ideological and political work of non-public economic personages in the United front department of Jilin province as an example, analyzes the problems in the work. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to help the research and practice of the United front theory and the ideological and political work of non-public economic personages.
