【摘要】：正中國(guó)擁有人類五分之一的人口,這就注定這個(gè)國(guó)家不能平庸,不容忽視。習(xí)近平主席在2017年達(dá)沃斯論壇開幕式上的講話中指出,新興市場(chǎng)國(guó)家和發(fā)展中國(guó)家對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率已達(dá)到80%。國(guó)際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)以來,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率年均在30%以上。由此可見,實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)——這樣的中國(guó)人民的普通愿望,將在全球范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生異乎尋常的影響。英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者羅思義認(rèn)為:"人類其他人能否獲取利益取決
