【摘要】：使用政治學(xué)框架,分析特朗普執(zhí)政半年來的對內(nèi)經(jīng)濟政策。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,特朗普執(zhí)政思路非常明確,經(jīng)濟政策均圍繞其核心競選主張"把工作帶回美國"展開,目的是回應(yīng)他的核心選民群體——白人藍領(lǐng)的訴求,并且,他的政策具有高度可預(yù)見性,當(dāng)前眾多媒體盛傳的"特朗普不可預(yù)測"純屬謬誤;第二,特朗普提出政策并不意味著政策能夠落地,關(guān)鍵取決于美國國會權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)和特定政策本身是否需要國會立法;第三,經(jīng)濟政策也會反向影響選民基礎(chǔ)和政黨格局。目前來看,特朗普經(jīng)濟政策有利于擴大他在白人藍領(lǐng)群體中的支持率,共和黨很可能在2018年中期選舉中獲得大勝,特朗普在后半個任期將擁有更大的施政空間。
[Abstract]:The political framework is used to analyze the internal economic policy of Trump in power for half a year. First, the idea of Trump's ruling is very clear, and the economic policy is centered around his core campaign "bringing the work back to the United States". The aim is to respond to the appeal of his core voter group, the white blue collar, and his policy is high. Predictability, the "Trump unpredictability" of the current multi-media media is purely fallacious; second, Trump's policy does not mean that policy can fall to the ground, the key depends on the power structure of the United States Congress and whether the specific policy itself needs parliamentary legislation; and third, the economic policy will reverse the reverse of the electorate base and political party pattern. Look, Trump's economic policy will help expand his support among white blue collar groups. Republicans are likely to win a victory in the mid - 2018 elections, and Trump will have greater governance in the second half of his term.
