【摘要】：隨著市場化改革不斷深入,作為城市社會基本單元和城市空間重要組織形式的單位社區(qū)正在轉(zhuǎn)型。文章建立了單位社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的行為判定框架,以西寧市5個單位社區(qū)為案例,通過因子分析和聚類分析,從活動空間、活動日程、出行方式三個維度構(gòu)建單位社區(qū)居民日�；顒幽Ｊ街笜�(biāo),識別出單位社區(qū)居民日�；顒幽Ｊ筋愋�,在分析居民日�；顒幽Ｊ筋愋团c單位社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型關(guān)聯(lián)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于日�；顒幽Ｊ脚卸▎挝簧鐓^(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的一般模式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)行為度量指標(biāo)能夠定量分析單位社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型的階段。處于不同轉(zhuǎn)型階段的單位社區(qū)的居民活動模式差異明顯。轉(zhuǎn)型程度越高的社區(qū)"私人汽車導(dǎo)向大范圍活動者"的比例越高,而轉(zhuǎn)型程度越低的社區(qū)"日程安排規(guī)律的社區(qū)依賴者"的比例越高。高轉(zhuǎn)型程度單位社區(qū)的居民活動模式構(gòu)成更加多樣化。轉(zhuǎn)型程度較低的單位社區(qū)的居民活動模式總體相近,但出現(xiàn)內(nèi)部分化。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of market-oriented reform, the unit community, as the basic unit of urban society and the important organizational form of urban space, is transforming. In this paper, we set up the behavioral decision framework of unit community transformation, taking Xining five unit communities as cases, through factor analysis and cluster analysis, from the activity space, activity schedule, On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the daily activity pattern of unit community and the transformation of unit community, three dimensions of travel mode are constructed to identify the types of daily activities of unit community residents, and to identify the types of daily activity patterns of unit community residents. A general model of unit community transformation based on daily activity model is proposed. The study found that behavioral metrics can quantitatively analyze the stage of unit community transformation. There are obvious differences in the activity patterns of unit communities in different transition stages. The higher the degree of transition, the higher the proportion of "private car oriented large-scale activators", and the higher the proportion of "community dependents" in the community with lower degree of transition. The resident activity pattern of unit community with high transition degree is more diversified. The residential activity pattern of the unit community with low degree of transformation was similar, but internal differentiation appeared.
