【摘要】：社會(huì)建設(shè),是中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)“五位一體”總體布局,即經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會(huì)建設(shè)、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展中的“一位”,是中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)全面發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容。黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為核心的黨中央繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持以民為本、以人為本執(zhí)政理念,把民生工作和社會(huì)治理工作作為社會(huì)建設(shè)的兩大根本任務(wù),高度重視、大力推進(jìn),改革發(fā)展成果更多更公平惠及全體人民。習(xí)近平在新時(shí)期的社會(huì)建設(shè)思想,復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外形勢(shì)是其形成和發(fā)展的背景因素。近年來,由全球性經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)引發(fā)的國內(nèi)外社會(huì)變革加劇,尤其是國內(nèi)社會(huì)矛盾復(fù)雜劇變加重,新的形勢(shì)和問題要求對(duì)社會(huì)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域更加重視。習(xí)近平社會(huì)建設(shè)思想主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面內(nèi)容,在民生方面一是為民生思想增加了新內(nèi)容,二是對(duì)民生思想的傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了深化和拓展;在社會(huì)治理方面就是將社會(huì)管理發(fā)展為了社會(huì)治理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了社會(huì)治理理念的重大突破。當(dāng)然,隨著實(shí)踐的發(fā)展,習(xí)近平社會(huì)建設(shè)思想還會(huì)有新的內(nèi)容,還會(huì)有新的發(fā)展,對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究是一個(gè)不斷完善發(fā)展的過程。
[Abstract]:Social construction is the overall layout of "five in one" in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, that is, "one" in the coordinated development of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and ecological civilization construction. It is the important content of the overall development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as the core, has continued to adhere to the people-oriented, people-oriented ruling concept, regard people's livelihood work and social governance work as two fundamental tasks of social construction, attach great importance to, and vigorously promote, The fruits of reform and development will benefit the whole people more and more fairly. Xi Jinping's social construction in the new period, the complex domestic and foreign situation is the background of its formation and development. In recent years, the social changes at home and abroad caused by the global economic crisis have intensified, especially the complicated and dramatic changes of the domestic social contradictions. The new situation and problems require more attention to the field of social construction. Xi Jinping's thought of social construction is mainly embodied in two aspects: one is to add new content to the thought of people's livelihood, the other is to deepen and expand the traditional content of the thought of people's livelihood; In the aspect of social governance, the development of social management is a great breakthrough in the concept of social governance. Of course, with the development of practice, Xi Jinping's social construction thought will still have new contents and new development.
