武漢市“上山下鄉(xiāng)”運(yùn)動(dòng)中的社會(huì)動(dòng)員研究

【摘要】:社會(huì)動(dòng)員是一種重要的社會(huì)管理方法,它對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)任何一場(chǎng)大規(guī)模的社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)說(shuō)都是必不可少的。知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)期,武漢市為動(dòng)員廣大知識(shí)青年積極投身于農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)與建設(shè)活動(dòng),采用了多種動(dòng)員方式,主要有宣傳動(dòng)員、組織動(dòng)員、教育動(dòng)員、示范動(dòng)員等。通過(guò)這些社會(huì)動(dòng)員方式,黨和國(guó)家關(guān)于上山下鄉(xiāng)的路線方針不僅在武漢市得到了有效的傳播,而且人民群眾參與這場(chǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的積極性也被廣泛地調(diào)動(dòng)起來(lái),為運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)生及發(fā)展都奠定了牢固的群眾基礎(chǔ)。雖然,武漢市通過(guò)運(yùn)用這些社會(huì)動(dòng)員方式把黨和國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略決策,成功地轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樗氖嗳f(wàn)知識(shí)青年的個(gè)人行動(dòng)。但是,值得注意的是,知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)在運(yùn)動(dòng)后期被過(guò)分地突出政治意義,成為了文革的一部分,武漢市知青運(yùn)動(dòng)中的社會(huì)動(dòng)員方式也被錯(cuò)誤的決策所利用,也產(chǎn)生了一定的負(fù)面動(dòng)員效應(yīng)。總而言之,對(duì)武漢市上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)中的社會(huì)動(dòng)員方式進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的介紹與分析,不僅可以有助于我們從“社會(huì)動(dòng)員”這一獨(dú)特的視角豐富我國(guó)對(duì)于知青運(yùn)動(dòng)史的研究,幫助我們加深對(duì)這場(chǎng)規(guī)模浩大的社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的理解。更為重要的是,它為我們今時(shí)今日發(fā)動(dòng)社會(huì)運(yùn)動(dòng),創(chuàng)新其社會(huì)動(dòng)員方式也留下了諸多值得反思的方面。
[Abstract]:Social mobilization is an important method of social management, it is necessary to launch any large-scale social movement. In order to mobilize the vast number of intellectual youth to actively participate in rural production and construction, Wuhan adopted various mobilization methods, such as propaganda mobilization, organization mobilization, education mobilization, demonstration mobilization and so on. Through these ways of social mobilization, the Party and the state's line and guidelines on going to the mountains and the countryside have not only been effectively disseminated in Wuhan, but also the enthusiasm of the people to participate in this movement has been extensively mobilized. For the emergence and development of the movement has laid a solid foundation for the masses. Although, through these ways of social mobilization, Wuhan has successfully transformed the strategic decision of the Party and the country into the individual action of more than 400,000 educated young people. However, it is worth noting that intellectual youth went to the countryside in the late stage of the movement and became a part of the Cultural Revolution, and the way of social mobilization in the movement of educated youth in Wuhan was also used in the wrong decision making. Also produced certain negative mobilization effect. In a word, the detailed introduction and analysis of the social mobilization methods in the movement of mountain and countryside in Wuhan can not only help us enrich the study of the history of educated youth movement from the unique angle of view of "social mobilization". To help us deepen our understanding of this massive social movement. More importantly, it has left many aspects to be reconsidered for us to launch social movements and innovate their ways of social mobilization.
