醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:近幾年來,我國正處于人口老齡化快速發(fā)展期,60歲以上老年人口比例逐年上升,在經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會全面發(fā)展之際,解決老年人贍養(yǎng)問題迫在眉睫。雖然,隨著我國養(yǎng)老服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)水平不斷提高,生活照護(hù)服務(wù)和醫(yī)療服務(wù)技術(shù)質(zhì)量呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,但從老年人滿意度來看,在養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方面還存在急需解決的諸多問題。因此,本文以構(gòu)建醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系為方向進(jìn)行研究與探討,用以衡量與評價醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合性質(zhì)的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本研究是從滿意度概念、理論出發(fā),并界定了醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合及醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)概念及特征,然后從國內(nèi)外各個行業(yè)的顧客滿意度測評及滿意度指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建方面的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行查閱并進(jìn)行較為全面梳理與總結(jié),最后從國內(nèi)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)業(yè)的角度出發(fā)對其服務(wù)水平與現(xiàn)狀、老年人滿意度評價的研究成果進(jìn)行歸納與匯總,以此為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)出國內(nèi)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)也服務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測與老年人滿意度理論及測評方面還處于初級階段,還存在許多問題與不足。這些問題主要是:滿意度調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計過于保守,沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)新的突破;創(chuàng)建的指標(biāo)體系缺乏系統(tǒng)性、規(guī)范性;沒有切實(shí)的從調(diào)查對象的利益出發(fā)全面的考慮問題;在調(diào)查過程中缺乏有效的把控;對于調(diào)查收集的數(shù)據(jù)的整理與分析過簡單、對于整理與分析的結(jié)果的價值沒有充分挖掘及充分利用。因此,本文要避免以上問題,就必須要求調(diào)查者不僅需要收集大量的資料,還要求研究者在收集資料過程中嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、專業(yè),保證數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可靠并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深度分析與利用。為了更好的解決上述問題,本研究根據(jù)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合性質(zhì)的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量水平與現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)回顧、因子分析等方法,圍繞醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度評價模型構(gòu)建、滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建等方面進(jìn)行研究。通過向老年人發(fā)放滿意程度預(yù)調(diào)查問卷,收集整理與分析數(shù)據(jù),并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件SPSS17.0對調(diào)查問卷的效度和信度進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),以確保了評價結(jié)果的科學(xué)性、準(zhǔn)確性。通過因子分析和主成分分析等方法對醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行篩選和修正,通過運(yùn)用Saaty度確定并計算指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,并確定每項指標(biāo)對指標(biāo)體系的重要程度。既系統(tǒng)規(guī)范又突出重點(diǎn),從而使構(gòu)建的滿意度評價指標(biāo)體系能夠適用于考核醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合模式養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)相對客觀、公正的反映老年人的滿意度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the proportion of the elderly population over 60 years old is rising year by year in the period of rapid development of population aging in China. At the time of the overall development of economy and society, it is urgent to solve the problem of supporting the elderly. Although the technical level of old-age service institutions in China is improving the quality of living care services and medical services is on the rise but in terms of the satisfaction of the elderly there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the field of old-age care services. Therefore, this paper studies and discusses the evaluation index system of the satisfaction degree of the medical and nursing institutions, in order to measure and evaluate the service quality of the pension institutions with the nature of the combination of medical and support. This study is based on the concept and theory of satisfaction, and defines the related concepts and characteristics of the combination of medical and nursing and the combination of medical and nursing. Then from the domestic and foreign various industries customer satisfaction evaluation and satisfaction index system construction related literature review and more comprehensive combing and summing up, finally from the perspective of the domestic old-age service industry to its service level and current situation. On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the research results of the elderly satisfaction evaluation, this paper concludes that the monitoring of the service quality of the aged and the theory and evaluation of the elderly satisfaction in China are still in the primary stage, and there are still many problems and shortcomings. These problems are: the design of satisfaction questionnaire is too conservative, not to achieve a new breakthrough; the index system is lack of systematic, normative, there is no practical from the interests of the survey object to consider the problem comprehensively; In the process of investigation, there is a lack of effective control, and the data collected in the investigation is too simple to be sorted and analyzed, and the value of the results is not fully excavated and fully utilized. Therefore, in order to avoid the above problems, we must require investigators not only to collect a large amount of data, but also to be strict and professional in the process of collecting data, to ensure that the data are true and reliable, and to conduct in-depth analysis and utilization of the data. In order to solve the above problems better, according to the service quality level and the present situation of the medical and nursing organization, this study constructs the satisfaction evaluation model of the medical and nursing organization by using the methods of literature review, factor analysis and so on. Research on index system construction of satisfaction evaluation. In order to ensure the scientific and accuracy of the evaluation results the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested with the statistical software SPSS17.0 by distributing the satisfaction pre-survey questionnaire to the elderly and collecting and analyzing the data. Factor analysis and principal component analysis were used to screen and revise the index system of satisfaction evaluation of medical and nursing institutions. The weight of the index was determined and calculated by using Saaty degree, and the importance of each index to the index system was determined. The evaluation index system of satisfaction degree can be used to assess the service quality of the old-age institution in combination of medical care and support mode, which can reflect the satisfaction degree of the elderly fairly and objectively.
