【摘要】：1978年,黨中央實(shí)行改革開放的偉大決策,至今,我國社會(huì)各方面都實(shí)現(xiàn)了前所未有的進(jìn)步,取得了舉世驚嘆的成果。實(shí)踐證明:改革開放是符合中國國情的最正確的決策。我國實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化,必須走改革開放之路。而在當(dāng)前,國內(nèi)外環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大變化,改革面臨新的形勢、新的挑戰(zhàn)、新的機(jī)遇,改革進(jìn)入了關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。為此,黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)明確提出進(jìn)行“全面深化改革”的偉大決策,這一決策與“全面建成小康社會(huì)”、“全面依法治國”、“全面從嚴(yán)治黨”構(gòu)成了“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局,成為黨中央治國理政的頂層規(guī)劃。全面深化改革是實(shí)現(xiàn)其它三個(gè)全面的重要?jiǎng)恿?對中國緊抓發(fā)展機(jī)遇、解決發(fā)展難題具有重大意義。本文除緒論外,主要分為三章,分別闡述全面深化改革的必要性、主要內(nèi)容及其重大意義。第一章,闡述全面深化改革的必要性和依據(jù)。本章從改革開放以來取得的偉大成就和現(xiàn)階段所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)兩方面予以闡述。改革取得世人矚目的成就表明改革是正確的決策,是我國必須長期堅(jiān)持的決策;中國現(xiàn)今面臨著復(fù)雜、嚴(yán)峻的矛盾、沖突和挑戰(zhàn),要求當(dāng)前進(jìn)行的改革要更深刻、更全面。第二章,概括全面深化改革的主要內(nèi)容。本章論述了全面深化改革的總要求、具體內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)和應(yīng)該處理好的幾個(gè)關(guān)系,分析改革的重點(diǎn)與核心,為下一章剖析全面深化改革的重大意義奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三章,探討了全面深化改革的重大意義,是論文的重點(diǎn)部分。本章用較大篇幅分別從“全面深化改革有利于解決現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,改變中國命運(yùn)”、“全面深化改革有利于推進(jìn)‘四個(gè)全面’戰(zhàn)略布局的實(shí)施”、“全面深化改革有利于黨和人民更加堅(jiān)定‘四個(gè)自信’”、“全面深化改革有利于貫徹五大發(fā)展理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)百年奮斗目標(biāo)”四個(gè)方面闡述了全面深化改革的進(jìn)行,對中國現(xiàn)階段以及今后一段時(shí)期的可持續(xù)發(fā)展所具有的重大意義。
[Abstract]:In 1978, the CPC Central Committee carried out the great policy of reform and opening up, so far, China has achieved unprecedented progress in all aspects of society, and achieved amazing results all over the world. Practice has proved that reform and opening up is the most correct decision in line with China's national conditions. In order to realize modernization, China must take the road of reform and opening up. At present, the environment at home and abroad has changed greatly. The reform is facing new situation, new challenge, new opportunity, and the reform has entered a critical period. For this reason, the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee explicitly proposed a great policy of "comprehensively deepening reform", which was associated with "building a well-off society in an all-round way" and "governing the country according to law in an all-round way." "overall strict administration of the Party" constitutes the "four-round" strategic layout and becomes the top planning of the Party Central Committee in governing the country. Deepening reform in an all-round way is an important driving force to realize the other three aspects, which is of great significance for China to grasp the opportunities for development and solve the difficult problems of development. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into three chapters, respectively, to elaborate the necessity, the main content and the significance of deepening the reform in an all-round way. The first chapter expounds the necessity and basis of deepening the reform in an all-round way. In this chapter, the great achievements since the reform and opening up and the challenges faced at this stage are described. The achievements of the reform show that the reform is the correct decision, which our country must insist on for a long time, and China is now faced with complex, severe contradictions, conflicts and challenges, which requires the current reform to be more profound and comprehensive. The second chapter summarizes the main contents of deepening the reform in an all-round way. This chapter discusses the general requirements, specific contents, characteristics and several relations that should be handled well in order to lay a foundation for the next chapter to analyze the great significance of deepening the reform in an all-round way. The third chapter discusses the significance of deepening the reform in an all-round way, which is the key part of the thesis. This chapter is devoted to "comprehensive deepening of reform is conducive to solving practical problems and changing China's destiny" and "comprehensive deepening of reform is conducive to promoting the implementation of the 'four comprehensive' strategic layout". "comprehensively deepening the reform will help the party and the people to strengthen the 'four confidence'," and "the comprehensive deepening of the reform is conducive to the implementation of the five major development concepts and the realization of the century-old goal of struggle." It is of great significance to the sustainable development of China at present and in the future.
