【摘要】：國外智庫對恐怖主義事件的初期研究多集中于使用小規(guī)模樣本分析或者少量案例比較的研究方法。隨著恐怖主義事件的數(shù)量增加,同時數(shù)據(jù)的采集處理和樣本控制技術(shù)不斷提升,量化恐怖主義的研究方法日漸成熟。在此過程中,恐怖主義數(shù)據(jù)庫確定本數(shù)據(jù)庫使用的恐怖主義操作定義主要有基于結(jié)果的倫理向度和基于過程的法律向度兩條路徑�？植乐髁x指數(shù)作為數(shù)據(jù)的使用者是在所選數(shù)據(jù)庫的恐怖主義認知的基礎(chǔ)上,通過賦值分配去解讀恐怖主義、探析恐怖主義危害等議題�？植乐髁x的量化分析需要研究者在客觀性意義上兼顧指標的透明度、可信度、有效度等特點。質(zhì)性意義上,現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)庫和指數(shù)對恐怖主義的概念化過程貫徹著量化分析者和目標受眾的政治指向和價值偏好,因而在建設(shè)中國特色的反恐數(shù)據(jù)庫和指數(shù)時需保持警惕并予以批判和修正。
[Abstract]:The initial study of terrorism by foreign think-tanks focuses on the use of small-scale sample analysis or a small number of case studies. With the increase of the number of terrorist incidents, the acquisition and processing of data and the improvement of sample control technology, the research methods of quantitative terrorism are becoming more and more mature. In this process, the terrorism database determines that the definition of terrorism operation used in this database includes two paths: result-based ethical dimension and process-based legal dimension. As the user of the data, the terrorism index is based on the cognition of terrorism in the selected database. The quantitative analysis of terrorism requires researchers to take into account the characteristics of transparency, credibility and effectiveness in the sense of objectivity. Qualitatively, the conceptualization of terrorism in existing databases and indices carries out the political direction and value preferences of both the quantitative analysts and the target audience. Therefore, in the construction of anti-terrorism database and index with Chinese characteristics, we should be vigilant and criticize and revise it.
