【摘要】：人們?cè)跐M足物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)上所建立的精神追求,勢(shì)必是遵循自己內(nèi)心所愿的,對(duì)于城市的隔離感以及傳統(tǒng)單一的居住方式產(chǎn)生了排斥心理,人們開(kāi)始普遍的去追求更好的居住方式.在20世紀(jì)的60年代,“合作居住”就已經(jīng)在歐洲的丹麥出現(xiàn).“合作居住”是一種不同于我國(guó)現(xiàn)今大多數(shù)社區(qū)模式的一種新型的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的和諧居住模式.“合作居住”因有效的配置了社會(huì)資源緩解了環(huán)境問(wèn)題、解決了城市冷漠隔離,所以在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家被廣泛推崇.本文將主要分為三部分:對(duì)合作居住進(jìn)行理論研究、通過(guò)案例進(jìn)行分析以及對(duì)合作居住的中國(guó)模式推演.在理論研究方面,文章主要從選題的背景和意義入手,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,為本文進(jìn)一步的論述以及具體分析提供理論基礎(chǔ).同時(shí),對(duì)比研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外合作居住發(fā)展的歷程、特征和優(yōu)勢(shì),從而有利于指導(dǎo)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段合作居住的發(fā)展方向,并予以明確定位.在案例分析方面,文章將會(huì)選取國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)典案例進(jìn)行深入的分析,介紹了合作居住的良好互動(dòng),和諧共處管理模式,突出介紹了合作居住方式下以居民民主參與、社交支持為核心的社區(qū)設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了合作居住廣泛互動(dòng)的社區(qū)生活模式和開(kāi)放溝通的社區(qū)管理,這為我國(guó)探索形成合作居住新模式提供了借鑒之處.并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)案例進(jìn)行了更加深入的分析和總結(jié),指出了這些合作居住模式探索中的成敗及原因.在理論研究和案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)真分析了我國(guó)實(shí)行合作居住社區(qū)的可行性和前提,并對(duì)我國(guó)合作居住社區(qū)的提出,提供可操作性設(shè)計(jì)方案.
[Abstract]:The spiritual pursuit that people establish on the basis of satisfying the material is bound to follow their own inner desire. The isolation of the city and the traditional single way of living produce the rejection psychology. People begin to generally pursue the better way of living. In the 1960 s, co-habitation appeared in Denmark in Europe. Cooperative living is a new type of harmonious living mode of sustainable development, which is different from most community models in our country. "Cooperative living" is widely praised in developed countries because of its effective allocation of social resources to alleviate environmental problems and solve the urban apathy and isolation. This paper is divided into three parts: the theoretical study of cooperative living, the case study and the Chinese model of cooperative living. In the aspect of theoretical research, the article mainly starts with the background and significance of the topic, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, and provides the theoretical basis for the further discussion and concrete analysis of this paper. At the same time, the history, characteristics and advantages of cooperative living at home and abroad are compared and studied, which is helpful to guide the development direction of cooperative living in our country at present and make clear the orientation. In case analysis, the article will select domestic and foreign classic cases for in-depth analysis, introduce the good interaction of cooperative living, harmonious coexistence management model, highlight the cooperative living mode under the democratic participation of residents. Social support is the core of community design, which embodies the community life mode of extensive interaction and open communication community management, which provides a reference for our country to explore and form a new mode of cooperative living. Furthermore, the author makes a deeper analysis and summary of the domestic cases, and points out the success or failure and reasons of the exploration of these cooperative living modes. On the basis of theoretical research and case study, the feasibility and premise of implementing cooperative living community in China are analyzed, and the operable design scheme of cooperative living community in our country is put forward.
