【摘要】：歐洲極右翼政黨雖然在意識(shí)形態(tài)上多傾向疑歐主義,但在政治實(shí)踐上卻積極實(shí)施對(duì)歐盟的"政治利用"策略,以獲取在政治競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中所需的各種資源。通過(guò)分析法國(guó)國(guó)民陣線利用歐盟在獲得政治經(jīng)費(fèi)、拓展生存空間、構(gòu)建政黨身份、擴(kuò)大政治影響以及加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)控制等方面的策略和實(shí)踐可以發(fā)現(xiàn),歐盟在歐洲極右翼政黨的生存和發(fā)展中扮演了十分重要的角色:通常在國(guó)內(nèi)政治格局中陷于孤立境地的歐洲極右翼政黨,在很大程度上需要借助歐盟的政治資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)政治競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占有一席之地這一根本政治目標(biāo)。歐洲極右翼政黨的"政治利用"揭示出歐洲民主政治的某種困境:它不僅會(huì)進(jìn)一步助推歐洲極右翼政治勢(shì)力的壯大,而且會(huì)加大歐洲治理體系內(nèi)部的結(jié)構(gòu)性壓力,加劇歐洲雙層民主結(jié)構(gòu)的矛盾。
[Abstract]:Although Europe's far-right parties tend to be Eurosceptic ideologically, they actively implement the strategy of "political utilization" of the European Union in political practice in order to obtain all kinds of resources needed in political competition.By analyzing the strategies and practices of the French National Front in obtaining political funds, expanding the living space, building political party identity, expanding political influence and strengthening inner-party control, we can find out.The European Union has played a very important role in the survival and development of the far-right parties in Europe: the European far-right parties, which are usually isolated in the domestic political structure, need to rely largely on the political resources of the European Union.To achieve the fundamental political goal of having a place in the domestic political competition.The "political exploitation" of Europe's far-right parties reveals a dilemma in European democracy: it will not only further boost the growth of Europe's far-right political forces, but also increase structural pressures within the European system of governance.Exacerbating the contradictions in Europe's double-tier democratic structure.
