【摘要】：觀大勢、謀全局,是習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話蘊含的一條重要思想方法和工作方法。所謂觀大勢,就是以歷史眼光和全球視野,觀人類歷史發(fā)展規(guī)律和潮流的大勢,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,把握方向,堅定自信;觀國內(nèi)外形勢發(fā)展變化的大勢,正確分析研判形勢,抓住機遇,順勢而為;觀潛在的不利因素發(fā)展變化的大勢,未雨綢繆,因勢利導(dǎo),化危為機。所謂謀全局,就是謀全面,堅持全面、系統(tǒng)、聯(lián)系地觀察和解決問題;就是謀整體,堅持整體觀念和系統(tǒng)思維、戰(zhàn)略思維方法,加強頂層設(shè)計和對事物的整體把握;就是謀大局、謀長遠,算大賬、算政治賬,從整體利益出發(fā),顧全大局,防止局部利益相互掣肘;就是謀關(guān)鍵,在對全局的把握之中正確區(qū)分主要矛盾和次要矛盾、矛盾的主要方面和次要方面,善于抓住主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面有效解決矛盾,贏得全局主動。這一思想方法和工作方法,是馬克思主義哲學(xué)與中國傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合的集中體現(xiàn),豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義哲學(xué),體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)代中國共產(chǎn)黨人的視野、胸襟和氣魄。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches contain an important method of thinking and working.The so-called view of the general trend means looking at the law of the development of human history and the general trend of the trend of human history from a historical perspective and a global perspective, summing up experience, grasping the direction, and strengthening self-confidence; looking at the general trend of developments and changes in the situation at home and abroad, and correctly analyzing and judging the situation.Seize the opportunity, conform to the trend; view the development and change of potential unfavorable factors, prepare ahead of time, guide the situation and turn danger into opportunity.To seek overall situation is to observe and solve the problem in a comprehensive, systematic and related way, to seek the whole, to insist on the whole idea and systematic thinking, to think strategically, to strengthen the top-level design and to grasp the whole thing.That is, to seek the overall situation, to plan for the long term, to calculate the big account, to calculate the political account, to take into account the overall interests, to take into account the overall situation, and to prevent the mutual restriction of the local interests; that is, to seek the key to correctly distinguish between the principal contradiction and the secondary contradiction in the grasp of the overall situation.The main and secondary aspects of the contradiction are good at grasping the principal contradiction and the main aspect of the contradiction to effectively solve the contradiction and win the overall initiative.This method of thought and work is a concentrated embodiment of the combination of Marxist philosophy and Chinese traditional culture, which enriches and develops Marxist philosophy and embodies the vision, mind and spirit of the contemporary Chinese Communists.
