本文選題：城市社區(qū) + 貧困幫扶��； 參考：《西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)》2017年碩士論文

【摘要】：農(nóng)村的貧困問(wèn)題始終是我國(guó)政府和社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)心的問(wèn)題,但中國(guó)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速轉(zhuǎn)型造成了城市的不斷擴(kuò)張、生活成本增高、生活節(jié)奏加快,使城市居民在此過(guò)程中面臨各種問(wèn)題,城市貧困也日益突出。城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶作為扶貧工作的重要組成部分,現(xiàn)在依舊存在很多問(wèn)題,因此在農(nóng)村精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作取得成效后,一些城市也開(kāi)始嘗試以此為基礎(chǔ)改進(jìn)城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶體系。而社會(huì)工作在國(guó)內(nèi)外反貧困中所取得的成績(jī),也為社會(huì)工作介入城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶提供了前提。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外反貧困現(xiàn)狀以及社會(huì)工作在反貧困工作中所取得的成就為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了介紹。同時(shí),通過(guò)闡述粗放式扶貧存在的問(wèn)題,介紹了城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶的背景,分析了社會(huì)工作介入城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶的可行性。并根據(jù)樣本社區(qū)的具體情況以及貧困人口的不同需求,通過(guò)整合型社會(huì)工作方法,嘗試針對(duì)城市社區(qū)里不同背景和需求的貧困對(duì)象運(yùn)用不同的社會(huì)工作的方法,制定更具有針對(duì)性的服務(wù)計(jì)劃,從不同層面幫助社區(qū)解決貧困問(wèn)題。社區(qū)工作介入中,社會(huì)工作者通過(guò)政策宣傳讓社區(qū)居民了解社區(qū)貧困幫扶的具體政策,調(diào)查研究社區(qū)貧困人口基本情況為后續(xù)服務(wù)的開(kāi)展收集資料,動(dòng)員社會(huì)資源和民間力量參與貧困幫扶,培養(yǎng)社區(qū)居民自助解決社區(qū)問(wèn)題的能力;小組工作通過(guò)小組成員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享和相互支持,培養(yǎng)他們正視困境的積極心態(tài),幫助成員學(xué)習(xí)新的知識(shí)和技巧,促進(jìn)個(gè)人的成長(zhǎng)和再社會(huì)化;在個(gè)案工作中,選取典型的案例,運(yùn)用個(gè)案的工作方法和技巧,針對(duì)貧困對(duì)象的實(shí)際情況和需求,制定服務(wù)計(jì)劃,并利用社會(huì)資源,使貧困對(duì)象能夠擺脫困境,轉(zhuǎn)變心態(tài),回歸正常的社會(huì)生活和社會(huì)交往。本文通過(guò)對(duì)樣本社區(qū)貧困幫扶的整合型社會(huì)工作介入,對(duì)社會(huì)工作介入城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶的可行性進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐探索和理論分析,為社會(huì)工作介入城市社區(qū)貧困幫扶的研究提供了實(shí)踐資料,并針對(duì)過(guò)程中所遇到的問(wèn)題和困難,提出建議和意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:Poverty in rural areas has always been a widespread concern of our government and society. However, the rapid transformation of Chinese society and economy has resulted in the continuous expansion of cities, the rising cost of living, and the quickening pace of life.In this process, urban residents are faced with various problems, urban poverty is also increasingly prominent.As an important part of poverty alleviation, there are still many problems in urban community poverty alleviation, so some cities begin to try to improve the urban community poverty support system based on it.The achievements of social work in anti-poverty at home and abroad also provide a prerequisite for social work to intervene in urban community poverty.Based on the current situation of anti-poverty at home and abroad and the achievements of social work in anti-poverty work, this paper introduces the background, purpose, significance and innovation of this paper.At the same time, by expounding the existing problems of extensive poverty alleviation, this paper introduces the background of urban community poverty support, and analyzes the feasibility of social work intervention in urban community poverty assistance.According to the specific situation of the sample community and the different needs of the poor population, through the integrated social work method, this paper tries to apply different social work methods to the poor people with different backgrounds and needs in the urban community.Develop more targeted service plans to help communities tackle poverty at different levels.In the intervention of community work, social workers through policy propaganda to let community residents understand the specific policies of community poverty support, investigate and study the basic situation of the poor population in the community to collect data for follow-up services.Mobilize social resources and non-governmental forces to help the poor, develop the ability of community residents to help themselves to solve community problems, and develop a positive mentality of facing up to difficulties through the sharing of experience and mutual support among the members of the group.To help members learn new knowledge and skills to promote personal growth and re-socialization; in case work, select typical cases, apply case work methods and techniques, and formulate service plans in response to the actual situation and needs of the poor,And make use of the social resources, make the poor object get rid of the predicament, change the mentality, return to the normal social life and social intercourse.Through the integrated social work intervention of sample community poverty support, the feasibility of social work involvement in urban community poverty assistance is explored and theoretically analyzed.This paper provides practical data for the study of social work intervention in urban community poverty, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions in view of the problems and difficulties encountered in the process.
