【摘要】：全面建成小康社會(huì),必須主動(dòng)適應(yīng)、把握、引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)。在對(duì)"小康社會(huì)"科學(xué)內(nèi)涵研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局指標(biāo)體系為基準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建陜西省各地市全面建成小康社會(huì)進(jìn)程指標(biāo)體系,定量測(cè)算了2005-2014年間陜西省及其各地市的小康實(shí)現(xiàn)程度。結(jié)合陜西省新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境,預(yù)測(cè)陜西省各地市"十三五"期間的小康社會(huì)進(jìn)程,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果顯示陜西省小康社會(huì)總體呈穩(wěn)步上升趨勢(shì);各區(qū)域差距較大,階段性特征明顯。因此,應(yīng)通過進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)籌區(qū)域發(fā)展,推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)、實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同步夠格地建成小康社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:A comprehensive well-off society, must take the initiative to adapt and grasp, leading the new norm. Based on the research on the scientific connotation of well-off society ", by the National Bureau of statistics index system for reference, to build a comprehensive well-off society development index system of Shaanxi Province, the quantitative estimation of the degree of realization of 2005-2014 years in Shaanxi province and around the city of well-off with the economic development of the new normal environment. Shaanxi Province, forecast around the city of Shaanxi province" in 13th Five-Year "during the process of building a well-off society in Shaanxi Province, the prediction results show that the overall well-off society is steadily rising trend; regional disparity is big, obvious stage characteristics. Therefore, we should further regional development, promote the construction of new urbanization, the implementation of innovation synchronous drive development strategy, worth well-off society.
