【摘要】：1932年,泰國發(fā)生軍事政變,君主專制被結(jié)束了。在民黨和軍事小組的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,泰國實行了君主立憲制。新建立的以憲法為基礎(chǔ)的政治體制,為泰國的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展打下了良好的政治基礎(chǔ)。然而,幾十年風(fēng)雨歲月印證了泰國的現(xiàn)代化進程并不是一帆風(fēng)順的。軍人政府的肆意干政導(dǎo)致各勢力輪番上臺執(zhí)政,破壞了泰國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的正常進程,泰國的歷史進程呈現(xiàn)不穩(wěn)定性和非連續(xù)性。自泰國君主立憲制建立以來,普密蓬國王是至今最有影響力的君主。他利用傳統(tǒng)王室的權(quán)威和憲法賦予的權(quán)力影響國家管理進程,通過自身的影響力平衡軍隊與政府的權(quán)力沖突,穩(wěn)定社會局勢,安定人心。普密蓬國王還利用身份之便發(fā)展泰式農(nóng)民個體經(jīng)濟,躬身親為,實地丈量考察,致力泰國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展項目的實施,平緩社會中下層對上層精英發(fā)展不力的不滿。作為調(diào)停者和引領(lǐng)者的普密蓬國王,總的來說對泰國的經(jīng)濟政治發(fā)展作出很大的貢獻,政治上他倡導(dǎo)和平對話,平息紛爭;經(jīng)濟上倡導(dǎo)“自足經(jīng)濟”,安居樂業(yè);文化上尊崇佛教,溫和待人。作為社會變革的最終仲裁者,普密蓬國王依據(jù)獨特的經(jīng)濟、政治理念和傳統(tǒng)的文化理念與利益紛爭出面影響政治局勢或置身事外,將君主立憲制下象征性的王室權(quán)威提升到極致并且有效存在至今。但是,凌駕于憲法之上的君主政治干預(yù)阻礙了泰國政治制度的完善;隱性權(quán)力無限大的普密蓬國王是泰國現(xiàn)代化進程非正常發(fā)展的重要影響因素之一。
[Abstract]:In 1932, a military coup took place in Thailand, ending the monarchy.Under the leadership of the people's Party and the military team, Thailand has a constitutional monarchy.The new constitution-based political system has laid a good political foundation for the modernization of Thailand.However, decades of weather and rain have proved that Thailand's modernization process is not smooth.The wanton intervention of the military government led the various forces to take power in turn, which undermined the normal process of Thailand's economic development, and presented instability and discontinuity in the historical process of Thailand.King Bhumibol has been the most influential monarch since Thailand's constitutional monarchy was established.He used the authority of the traditional royal family and the power conferred by the constitution to influence the process of state management, balance the conflict of power between the army and the government through his own influence, stabilize the social situation and stabilize the people's mind.King Bhumibol also took advantage of his status to develop the Thai peasant's individual economy, to do his own work, to measure and inspect the field, to carry out agricultural development projects in Thailand, and to ease the dissatisfaction of the middle and lower strata of society with the poor development of the upper class.As a mediator and leader, King Bhumibol made a great contribution to the economic and political development of Thailand. Politically, he advocated peaceful dialogue and settlement of disputes, economically advocated "self-contained economy", and lived and worked in peace and contentment.Cultural respect for Buddhism, gentle treatment of people.As the final arbiter of social change, King Bhumibol came forward to influence or stay out of the political situation based on his unique economic, political and traditional cultural ideas and conflicts of interest.The symbolic royal authority under the monarchy has been promoted to the extreme and has existed effectively today.However, the monarch's political intervention above the constitution hinders the perfection of Thailand's political system, and King Bhumibol, with unlimited recessive power, is one of the important factors influencing the abnormal development of Thailand's modernization process.
