【摘要】：美國(guó)全方位養(yǎng)老服務(wù)計(jì)劃(Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly,PACE)是一種成熟的醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合模式,在運(yùn)營(yíng)理念、服務(wù)形式和內(nèi)容、服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、支付體系以及適用性等方面具有優(yōu)勢(shì),但也存在一些局限性。借鑒PACE模式,我國(guó)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合應(yīng)該在宣傳力度、服務(wù)能力、人才培養(yǎng)和融資渠道等方面需要不斷改進(jìn)和完善。
[Abstract]:The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderlyn (PACEE) is a mature medical and nursing combination model, which has advantages in operation concept, service form and content, service team, payment system and applicability, but it also has some limitations.Using PACE model for reference, the combination of medical and nursing should be improved and perfected in the aspects of propaganda, service ability, talent training and financing channel.
