【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化是中華民族一百多年來的追求與夢想,21世紀是我國加快現(xiàn)代化建設的重要時期,中國共產黨在其第十八次全國代表大會上提出“走中國特色新型工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化道路”。馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論是一座蘊藏豐富的寶庫,具有與時俱進的特點,“新四化”是馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論中國化的新成果,是我黨在新時期對于我國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的一次新詮釋和新求索。“新四化”同步發(fā)展是時代發(fā)展的要求,也是時代特征的集中體現(xiàn),更是對當代馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論中國化建設理論和實踐的提升、創(chuàng)新和科學定位�！靶滤幕笔顷P于我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的新的理論與實踐的概括,是中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設的新部署。論文以馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論為理論依據(jù),從理論淵源上闡述了“新四化”是馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論與我國最新國情相結合的產物,并分析說明了“新四化”是對馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論的繼承與創(chuàng)新。在此基礎上總結概括了“新四化”的主要內容,并且通過對中國舊四化、資本主義現(xiàn)代化以及第三次工業(yè)革命進行比較,進而分析和總結出“新四化”具有時代性、民族性和人本性。同時又進一步闡述了當前背景下“新四化”同步發(fā)展對我國現(xiàn)代化建設的現(xiàn)實意義與價值�！靶滤幕笔俏覈鐣髁x現(xiàn)代化建設的又一進步,是歷史發(fā)展的產物。新的四化發(fā)展理念是對我國原有四化發(fā)展體系的繼承和發(fā)展,充實了當前馬克思現(xiàn)代化理論中國化的實踐發(fā)展,是我們社會經濟發(fā)展重要的戰(zhàn)略部署,也是實現(xiàn)“兩個百年”發(fā)展目標的主要途徑。整個“新四化”理論體系相互協(xié)調,相互促進,互為基礎,深化了我國目前的改革趨勢,為我國經濟建設處在“新常態(tài)”發(fā)展的情況下提供了保障,為中華民族的偉大復興提供了堅實的動力,是對我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化理論與實踐建設的又一次成功嘗試。
[Abstract]:Modernization is the pursuit and dream of the Chinese nation for more than one hundred years; the 21st century is an important period for China to speed up its modernization drive. At its 18th National Congress, the Communist Party of China put forward "take a new type of industrialization with Chinese characteristics and informationization."Urbanization, agricultural modernization road.Marx's modernization theory is a rich treasure house with the characteristics of keeping pace with the times. The "new four modernizations" is a new achievement of Marx's modernization theory in China.Is our party in the new period for China's modernization development a new interpretation and new search.The synchronous development of the "new four modernizations" is not only the requirement of the development of the times, but also the concentrated embodiment of the characteristics of the times. It is also the promotion, innovation and scientific orientation of the construction theory and practice of contemporary Marx's modernization theory in China.The "new four modernizations" is a summary of the new theory and practice of China's socialist modernization construction, and a new arrangement of the socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of Marx's modernization theory, the paper expounds that the "new four modernizations" is the product of the combination of Marx's modernization theory and the latest national conditions of our country.It also shows that the "new four modernizations" is the inheritance and innovation of Marx's modernization theory.On this basis, the main contents of the "new four modernizations" are summarized and compared with the old "four modernizations", the capitalist modernization and the third industrial revolution, and then it is analyzed and summarized that the "new four modernizations" have the characteristics of the times.Nationality and human nature.At the same time, it further expounds the realistic significance and value of the synchronous development of the "new four modernizations" to the modernization construction of our country under the current background.The new four modernizations are another progress of China's socialist modernization construction and the product of historical development.The new concept of the development of the four modernizations is the inheritance and development of the original development system of the four modernizations in China, enriches the practical development of the current Marxist modernization theory in China, and is an important strategic plan for our social and economic development.It is also the main way to realize the development goal of "two hundred years".The whole theoretical system of the "new four modernizations" is coordinated, mutually promoted and based on each other, deepening the current reform trend of our country, and providing a guarantee for the economic construction of our country in the context of the "new normal" development.It provides a solid impetus for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and is another successful attempt in the theoretical and practical construction of socialist modernization in China.
