【摘要】：在人口老齡化的背景下,機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老和居家養(yǎng)老由于自身的不足,無法滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求,然而社區(qū)養(yǎng)老可以彌補(bǔ)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老和居家養(yǎng)老的不足,于是在全國范圍內(nèi)得以推廣。城鎮(zhèn)化步伐的加快導(dǎo)致城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的出現(xiàn),城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部同樣受到人口老齡化的影響,為滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求,城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部逐漸開展社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)。城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部位于城市和農(nóng)村的過渡地帶,其老年人在戶籍性質(zhì)和收入來源上存在較大差異,從而影響老年人對(duì)社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求,同時(shí),老年人的年齡以及身體狀況也會(huì)影響老年人對(duì)社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求。城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部由于地理位置、人口特征、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等的不同,在開展社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)時(shí),會(huì)展現(xiàn)出各種優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),從劣勢(shì)分析當(dāng)中,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部在社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給中存在的問題,因此,在具體實(shí)踐過程中,應(yīng)根據(jù)存在的問題并結(jié)合老年人的養(yǎng)老需求來不斷完善城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù),在充分利用優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),變劣勢(shì)為優(yōu)勢(shì)。在人口老齡化以及城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,本文首先介紹了研究背景和研究思路,總結(jié)在社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方面的研究;然后介紹了城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵以及基本內(nèi)容,在城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的界定方面,從定量和定性的角度來描述;然后在萊蕪地區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部利用調(diào)查問卷開展調(diào)研,利用調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析其社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求現(xiàn)狀并對(duì)影響需求的因素進(jìn)行分析,據(jù)此個(gè)案,進(jìn)行城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給方面的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)分析,然后結(jié)合國際城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和我國社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)發(fā)展的實(shí)際,為城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the aging population, the institutional old-age pension and the home-based old-age support can not meet the needs of the elderly because of their own deficiencies. However, the community old-age support can make up for the shortage of the institutional old-age pension and the in-home old-age care, so it can be popularized throughout the country.The accelerated pace of urbanization leads to the emergence of urban and rural areas, urban and rural areas are also affected by the aging population, in order to meet the needs of the elderly, urban and rural areas gradually developed community pension services.The urban-rural junction is located in the transition zone between urban and rural areas. There are great differences in the nature of household registration and income sources among the elderly, thus affecting the needs of the elderly for community pension services, at the same time,The age and physical condition of the elderly also affect their demand for community pension services.Because of the differences in geographical location, population characteristics, economic development level, etc., the urban-rural conjunctions show various advantages and disadvantages in the development of community pension services. From the analysis of the disadvantages,It can be found that there are problems in the supply of community old-age service in urban and rural areas. Therefore, in the concrete practice, we should constantly improve the community old-age care service in urban and rural areas according to the existing problems and the needs of the elderly.In the full use of the advantage at the same time, change the inferiority into the advantage.In the context of population aging and urbanization, this paper first introduces the research background and research ideas, summarizes the research on community pension services, and then introduces the connotation and basic content of community pension services in urban and rural areas.In the definition of urban and rural areas, from the quantitative and qualitative point of view, and then in the Laiwu region of urban and rural areas using questionnaires to carry out research,Using the survey data to analyze the demand status of the community old-age service and the factors affecting the demand, according to the case, the advantages and disadvantages of the community pension service supply in the urban and rural areas are analyzed.Then combining with the experience of the community pension service in the international urban-rural junction and the reality of the development of the community pension service in our country, some suggestions are put forward for the development of the community old-age care service in the urban-rural joint region.
