【摘要】：2016年美國總統(tǒng)大選集中展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)前民主、共和兩黨所面對的重大挑戰(zhàn)。在民意訴求焦點(diǎn)從"文化-族裔"轉(zhuǎn)向"經(jīng)濟(jì)-階層"的背景下,兩黨在政策理念、選民分布結(jié)構(gòu)、組織梯隊(duì)及動員模式上不同程度地面臨著調(diào)整與選擇。正是由于兩黨的不同變化,特朗普的"本土主義"和"反建制派"傾向暫時(shí)為共和黨贏回了藍(lán)領(lǐng)中下層群體的支持。這就意味著,民主黨需要尋找到奪回藍(lán)領(lǐng)中下層的新理念,而共和黨則需要努力維持"特朗普聯(lián)盟"。共和黨的內(nèi)部調(diào)整決定了特朗普外交政策上的混合路徑,即在接受共和黨傳統(tǒng)對外政策傾向的同時(shí)盡量為"讓美國再強(qiáng)大"的"本土主義"傾向創(chuàng)造更多實(shí)現(xiàn)空間。
[Abstract]:The 2016 U.S. presidential election show the Democratic Republican, a major challenge faced. In the public opinion focus from "ethnic culture" to "economy class" under the background of the two parties in the policy idea, structure organization and distribution of voters, echelon Mobilization Mode of different degree facing adjustment and selection. Is due to the different changes of the two parties, Trump's "Nativism" and "anti establishment" tendency for Republicans to win back the temporary support in the blue collar group. This means that Democrats need to find new ideas in the lower back collar, while the Republicans need to maintain the "Trump alliance". Republican internal the adjustment determines the mixing path of Trump on foreign policy, namely in accepting the party's traditional foreign policy tendency at the same time try to "let us be strong" and "Nativism" tend to create more space.
