【摘要】：目前全世界人口老齡化作為社會經(jīng)濟、文化、各項客觀原因到一定程度之后的必然產(chǎn)物,而這些問題在對社會經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生一定規(guī)模的積極影響的同時,也帶來了一系列新的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。因此,研究延邊老齡化及養(yǎng)老服務(wù),解決好延邊人口健康發(fā)展問題,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義且存在著歷史意義。為此,本文選擇當今社會人口問題上的最具有特殊意義的人口老齡化為研究對象,從延邊朝鮮族自治州人口老齡化的現(xiàn)狀及特點為重點,進一步分析了因延邊人口老齡化為內(nèi)因,切入延邊養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀及不足措施。在分析養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系現(xiàn)狀之前,已人口老齡化對延邊經(jīng)濟社會的影響為基礎(chǔ),并提出了延邊養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系建設(shè)任務(wù)和應(yīng)對人口老齡化的政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the aging of the world's population is the inevitable product of the social economy, culture, various objective reasons to a certain extent, and these problems have a positive impact on the social economy on a certain scale at the same time.It also brings a series of new pressures and challenges.Therefore, it is of practical significance and historical significance to study the aging and old-age service in Yanbian and to solve the healthy development of Yanbian population.Therefore, this paper chooses the most special significance of the population aging in the current social and demographic issues as the research object, focusing on the current situation and characteristics of the aging population in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.This paper further analyzes the present situation and insufficient measures of the pension service system in Yanbian because of the aging of the population in Yanbian.Before analyzing the present situation of the old-age service system, it has been based on the influence of the aging population on the economy and society of Yanbian, and put forward the construction task of the pension service system in Yanbian and the policy suggestions to deal with the aging of the population.
