【摘要】：建交近25年來,中韓關(guān)系有著跨越式發(fā)展,其復雜性也不容忽視,蘊藏著諸多不確定性的因素,在一定程度上制約著中韓合作的預期。以不確定性因素的影響與管控為視角,解析中韓關(guān)系的不確定性因素和確定性因素,尤其針對美國地緣布局、韓國安全戰(zhàn)略、朝鮮核武動向、中韓民間認知差異等因變量,提出如下政策建議:理性認識中韓關(guān)系的發(fā)展趨勢,強調(diào)合作仍是大勢所趨,要不斷深化相互間的理解與包容,堅守作為共同利益的半島無核化,有效利用中韓經(jīng)貿(mào)的外溢效應,推動完善雙邊合作機制的有效性,通過人文交流促進在中韓兩個社會形成價值觀相互包容、相互借鑒的氛圍,夯實民間互信的基礎。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 25 years ago, Sino-Korean relations have developed by leaps and bounds, their complexity can not be ignored, there are many uncertain factors, and the expectations of Sino-Korean cooperation are restricted to a certain extent.From the perspective of the influence and control of uncertainty factors, this paper analyzes the uncertain factors and deterministic factors in Sino-South Korean relations, especially in terms of the US geographical layout, South Korean security strategy, the trend of North Korea's nuclear weapons, the differences in folk cognition between China and South Korea, and so on.Putting forward the following policy recommendations: rational understanding of the development trend of Sino-Korean relations, emphasizing that cooperation is still the trend of the times, to continuously deepen mutual understanding and tolerance, and to adhere to the denuclearization of the peninsula as a common interest,Effectively utilize the spillover effect of Sino-Korean economy and trade, promote the improvement of the effectiveness of bilateral cooperation mechanism, promote the formation of mutual tolerance and mutual reference atmosphere in the two societies through humanistic exchanges, and consolidate the foundation of mutual trust among the people.
