【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,黨中央高度重視統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作,標(biāo)志著統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作已經(jīng)逐漸成為了我黨未來工作的重要內(nèi)容。統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線思想的最新成果"同心"思想開啟了我國(guó)聯(lián)合黨內(nèi)外有志之士,結(jié)成統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線以推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)發(fā)展的新篇章。胡錦濤指出"思想上同心同德、目標(biāo)上同心同向、行動(dòng)上同心同行";習(xí)近平明確強(qiáng)調(diào)"我們把政治底線這個(gè)圓心固守住,包容的多樣性半徑越長(zhǎng),畫出的同心圓就越大。"高校是進(jìn)行統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的重要前沿陣地。高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化,是統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論在高校中實(shí)踐的重要成果。"同心"思想與高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化的核心思想都來自于中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中"和"的思想,在"和"的基礎(chǔ)上"求同存異","同心"思想為高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化建設(shè)指明了方向。本文共分為六部分內(nèi)容,第一部分為緒論,概括選題背景、研究的目的和意義、研究方法和研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)此方面的研究成果;第二部分展現(xiàn)的是本文相關(guān)的基本概念,對(duì)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線、"同心"思想、高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化的涵義、內(nèi)容和發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)程進(jìn)行闡述;第三部分主要從文化四個(gè)層面、契合度及各個(gè)時(shí)期的發(fā)展來闡述"同心"思想和高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化的關(guān)系;第四部分對(duì)高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)對(duì)象相關(guān)問卷的調(diào)查和研究分析,了解高校中殊統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)群體"新三類人",對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并找出存在問題;第五部分對(duì)問卷所展現(xiàn)的問題,結(jié)合統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線最新發(fā)展成果提出相關(guān)對(duì)策;第六部分為結(jié)結(jié)論。"同心"思想作為高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)文化的理論指導(dǎo),以中華傳統(tǒng)文化來推動(dòng)高校統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的順利開展,始終堅(jiān)持求同存異的理念與團(tuán)結(jié)對(duì)象進(jìn)行溝通交流,力求能夠讓廣大高校中黨外知識(shí)分子將全部的精力投入到推動(dòng)學(xué)校與國(guó)家的發(fā)展上來。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the United front work, which indicates that the United front work has gradually become an important content of our party's future work.The latest achievement of the United front thought "concentric" thought opened a new chapter for the people with lofty aspirations inside and outside the United Party of China to form a United front to promote the development of the socialist cause.Hu Jintao pointed out that "ideologically unidirectional, goal concentric, and action concentric," Xi Jinping clearly stressed that "the longer the radius of tolerance of diversity, the greater the concentric circle we draw."Colleges and universities are an important front position for United front work.The United front culture in colleges and universities is an important result of the practice of United front theory in colleges and universities. "The core thought of "United front" in colleges and universities comes from "harmony" in Chinese traditional culture. On the basis of "harmony", "seeking common ground while reserving differences" shows the direction for the construction of United front culture in colleges and universities.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and innovative points, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on this aspect of research results;The relationship between the "concentric" thought and the United front culture in colleges and universities is expounded in accordance with the degree of conformity and the development of each period. The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the related questionnaires of the United front objects in colleges and universities.Understand the "new three kinds of people" in the special group of United front work in colleges and universities, analyze the survey results and find out the existing problems; the fifth part of the questionnaire shows the problems, combined with the latest development results of the United front to put forward the relevant countermeasures; the sixth part is the conclusion. "As the theoretical guidance of the United front culture in colleges and universities, "concentric" ideology promotes the smooth development of United front work in colleges and universities with traditional Chinese culture, and always insists on the idea of seeking common ground while reserving differences and communicating with the objects of unity.Strive to enable the vast number of non-Party intellectuals in colleges and universities to devote all their energy to promoting the development of the school and the country.
