【摘要】：兩岸關(guān)系是中國的內(nèi)政問題,是國共兩黨內(nèi)戰(zhàn)之后,還未解決的歷史遺留問題,是在兩岸尚未統(tǒng)一的情況下,兩岸人民追求統(tǒng)一的一種現(xiàn)實存在狀態(tài)�！熬哦沧R”是1992年由臺灣當(dāng)局提出的,中國大陸認(rèn)可的共識,是在中國尚未完全統(tǒng)一的情況下,高度概括了"一個中國"原則的表述方式,是大陸對臺政策的基礎(chǔ)。本文基于國家利益這一出發(fā)點,將研究的重點定位在2012年黨的十八大以來,在尊重學(xué)術(shù)界對“九二共識”研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對“九二共識”的歷史、現(xiàn)狀以及未來進行深入研究。國家處理問題的根本出發(fā)點是國家利益,本文分析“九二共識”對臺灣問題主要各方利益(包括臺灣、大陸、美國)的影響,分析“九二共識”推進的現(xiàn)實可行性。另外,本文還研究了在推進“九二共識”的過程中,各方存在的利益沖突和推進難點。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段推進“九二共識”的意義和難點解析,探討了自十八大以來堅持“九二共識”的科學(xué)路徑,提出本文的觀點:大陸基于國家核心利益和國家戰(zhàn)略,為了實現(xiàn)國家完全統(tǒng)一及偉大復(fù)興的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),在現(xiàn)階段處理兩岸關(guān)系中,堅持推進“九二共識”是最佳的戰(zhàn)略選擇,和平統(tǒng)一是最終目的。
[Abstract]:Cross-strait relations are an internal issue of China, a historical issue left unsolved after the civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, and a realistic state of existence for the people on both sides of the strait in pursuit of reunification under the circumstances that the two sides of the strait have not yet reunified.The "1992 consensus" was put forward by the Taiwan authorities in 1992.The consensus recognized by the Chinese mainland is a highly generalized expression of the "one China" principle and the basis of the mainland's Taiwan policy under the circumstances that China is not yet fully unified.Based on the starting point of national interest, this paper focuses on the history of "1992 consensus" on the basis of respecting the academic research results of "1992 consensus" since the 18th National Congress of the Party in 2012.The current situation and the future of the in-depth study.The fundamental starting point of the national handling of the problem is the national interest. This paper analyzes the influence of the 1992 consensus on the main interests of all parties in the Taiwan issue (including Taiwan, mainland, and the United States), and analyzes the practical feasibility of advancing the 1992 consensus.In addition, this paper also studies the conflicts of interest and the difficulties in advancing the 1992 consensus.Based on the analysis of the significance and difficulty of advancing the 1992 consensus at the present stage, this paper probes into the scientific path of adhering to the 1992 consensus since the 18th National Congress, and puts forward the viewpoint of this paper: the mainland is based on the core interests of the country and the national strategy.In order to realize the long-term goal of complete national reunification and great rejuvenation, it is the best strategic choice to persist in promoting the "1992 consensus" in handling cross-strait relations at this stage, and peaceful reunification is the ultimate goal.
