【摘要】：大眾化是馬克思主義的內(nèi)在要求,任何一種理論要想吸引大眾,得到大眾的認(rèn)可,都必須做好理論大眾化的工作。馬克思主義自誕生以來的整個(gè)發(fā)展歷程,實(shí)質(zhì)上就是一個(gè)不斷吸引和走近廣大人民群眾的歷程。改革開放以來,馬克思主義大眾化不斷向前推進(jìn),并且在這一過程中逐漸形成了許多寶貴的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)。黨的十七大報(bào)告明確提出,“開展中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系宣傳普及活動(dòng),推動(dòng)當(dāng)代中國馬克思主義大眾化”。在這樣的時(shí)代背景下,科學(xué)總結(jié)和正確把握改革開放以來馬克思主義大眾化的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),對于進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化具有重要意義。論文在簡要回顧改革開放以來,推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化歷史進(jìn)程的基礎(chǔ)上,從九個(gè)方面來概括馬克思主義大眾化的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),一是堅(jiān)持馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)地位,二是推進(jìn)馬克思主義的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,三是遵循因人施教的基本原則,四是注重理論表達(dá)形式的通俗化,五是創(chuàng)新推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化的方式方法,六是制定和實(shí)施維護(hù)大眾民生利益的方針政策,七是發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的模范帶頭作用,八是加強(qiáng)理論宣傳隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),九是建立健全推進(jìn)馬克思主義大眾化的長效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Popularization is the inherent requirement of Marxism. Any theory that wants to attract and be accepted by the masses must do a good job in the popularization of theory.The whole course of development of Marxism since its birth is in essence a process of attracting and approaching the masses of the people.Since the reform and opening up, the popularization of Marxism has been pushed forward, and many valuable historical experiences have been gradually formed in this process.The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) stated clearly that "popularizing the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China".Against this background, it is of great significance to scientifically summarize and correctly grasp the basic experience of Marxism popularization since the reform and opening up.On the basis of briefly reviewing the history of Marxism popularization since the reform and opening up, the paper summarizes the basic experience of Marxism popularization from nine aspects. The first is to insist on the guiding position of Marxism.The second is to promote the innovative development of Marxism, the third is to follow the basic principles of teaching because of human beings, the fourth is to pay attention to the popularization of theoretical expressions, and the fifth is to innovate the ways and means to promote the popularization of Marxism.The sixth is to formulate and implement the principles and policies to safeguard the interests of the people's livelihood, the seventh is to give play to the exemplary and leading role of leading cadres, the eighth is to strengthen the construction of theoretical propaganda teams, and the ninth is to establish and improve a long-term effective mechanism to promote the popularization of Marxism.
