【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化的深度發(fā)展,養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題已成為影響我國(guó)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題。我國(guó)農(nóng)村由于城鄉(xiāng)人口的遷移流動(dòng),人口老齡化的問(wèn)題比城市更為嚴(yán)重。且由于現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展滯后,家庭養(yǎng)老不斷弱化,社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保障網(wǎng)還沒(méi)有建立起來(lái),導(dǎo)致目前我國(guó)農(nóng)村老人的養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀十分令人堪憂(yōu)。隨著一批又一批農(nóng)村青壯年勞動(dòng)力大量流入城市,農(nóng)村留守老人的養(yǎng)老和健康問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻,已經(jīng)成為影響農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定的重要因素。面對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)村留守老人的養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,有學(xué)者提出應(yīng)考慮建設(shè)以居家養(yǎng)老模式為基礎(chǔ)、社區(qū)互助與老年人自助的新型社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老模式。該模式通過(guò)建立多元行動(dòng)者協(xié)同參與的組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及吸納多主體共同參與的利益機(jī)制,最終形成農(nóng)村老年人自助、互助的養(yǎng)老模式,從而提高農(nóng)村留守老人的養(yǎng)老質(zhì)量和健康水平。農(nóng)村留守老人的互助養(yǎng)老內(nèi)容包括生活照料、生產(chǎn)幫扶、經(jīng)濟(jì)救助和精神互助等內(nèi)容,可以為老年人的養(yǎng)老和健康提供工具和情感支持。本文立足于農(nóng)村留守老人互助養(yǎng)老的實(shí)踐情況和互助養(yǎng)老給農(nóng)村留守老人生產(chǎn)生活帶來(lái)的影響,并基于健康資本理論、社會(huì)資本理論和老年心理學(xué)理論,提出本文的研究假設(shè),進(jìn)而通過(guò)建立Ordinal Logistic回歸模型分析了互助養(yǎng)老對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人健康的影響。本文的研究結(jié)論為:(1)互助養(yǎng)老對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人生理健康有顯著的正向影響;(2)互助養(yǎng)老對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人心理健康有顯著的正向影響;(3)互助養(yǎng)老對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人社會(huì)健康有顯著的正向影響;(4)個(gè)體特征對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人的健康有一定的影響。本文根據(jù)此結(jié)論提出如下的建議:通過(guò)宣傳教育提高農(nóng)村留守老人的互助養(yǎng)老意識(shí),鼓勵(lì)農(nóng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展互助養(yǎng)老;完善互助養(yǎng)老的方式和內(nèi)容,全面提升互助養(yǎng)老對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人健康的促進(jìn)作用;強(qiáng)化家庭和政府對(duì)農(nóng)村老人特別是農(nóng)村留守老人的經(jīng)濟(jì)贍養(yǎng)責(zé)任,為促進(jìn)農(nóng)村留守老人的健康提供經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ);積極完善互助養(yǎng)老的制度建設(shè),加強(qiáng)制度創(chuàng)新,建立互助養(yǎng)老的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是從互助養(yǎng)老對(duì)農(nóng)村留守老人的健康影響的角度,對(duì)互助養(yǎng)老和老年人健康這兩個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析研究,且運(yùn)用構(gòu)建模型的實(shí)證分析方法,對(duì)兩者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證,從而為完善和推廣農(nóng)村互助養(yǎng)老,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村老年人的健康提供理論依據(jù)和決策參考。
[Abstract]:With the deep development of the aging population, the pension problem has become an important strategic issue affecting the sustainable and healthy development of our country.The problem of population aging in rural areas is more serious than that in cities because of the migration of urban and rural population.Because of the lagging development of rural economy at present, the weakening of the family pension, the social pension security network has not been established, leading to the current situation of the rural elderly in our country is very worrying.With a large number of rural young and middle-aged labor force flowing into the city, the old-age pension and health problems of the elderly left behind in rural areas are becoming more and more serious, which has become an important factor affecting the stability of rural areas.In the face of the present situation and problems of the elderly left behind in rural areas, some scholars have suggested that we should consider the establishment of a new model of community mutual support and self-help for the elderly based on the model of home support for the aged.This model through the establishment of multiple actors to participate in the organization of the network and the interests of the participation of multiple actors to participate in the interests of the ultimate formation of the rural elderly self-help, mutual support model.So as to improve the old-age quality and health level of the elderly left behind in rural areas.The contents of mutual support for the aged in rural areas include life care, productive support, economic assistance and spiritual mutual aid, which can provide tools and emotional support for the elderly's old-age and health.Based on the practice of mutual support for the aged in rural areas and the influence of mutual support on the production and life of the rural left-behind elderly, this paper puts forward the research hypotheses based on the theory of health capital, the theory of social capital and the theory of geriatric psychology.Then, Ordinal Logistic regression model was established to analyze the effect of mutual support on the health of the elderly left behind in rural areas.The conclusion of this paper is: (1) Mutual support has a significant positive impact on the physical health of the rural left-behind elderly. (2) Mutual support has a significant positive impact on the mental health of the rural left-behind elderly. 3) Mutual pension has a significant positive impact on the rural left-behind elderly society.Health has a significant positive impact on the health of the elderly left behind in rural areas.Based on this conclusion, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to improve the awareness of mutual support for the aged in rural areas through propaganda and education, to encourage the development of mutual support for the aged in rural communities, to improve the ways and contents of mutual support for the aged,To promote the health of the rural left-behind elderly, to strengthen the economic support responsibility of the family and the government to the rural elderly, especially to provide the economic foundation for promoting the health of the rural left-behind elderly;We should actively improve the system of mutual support for the aged, strengthen institutional innovation, and establish a long-term mechanism of mutual support for the aged.The innovation of this paper is to analyze and study the two real hot issues of mutual pension and elderly health from the perspective of the impact of mutual support for the aged on the health of the elderly left behind in rural areas, and use the empirical analysis method of constructing the model.The relationship between them is analyzed and verified so as to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for perfecting and popularizing mutual support for the aged in rural areas and promoting the health of the elderly in rural areas.
