【摘要】：隨著全球各國(guó)前途相通、命運(yùn)相聯(lián)程度的日益加深,需要各國(guó)協(xié)同合作解決的跨國(guó)性、世界性問(wèn)題大幅增多,中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期已由突出"隨勢(shì)"和"用勢(shì)"向強(qiáng)調(diào)"謀勢(shì)"和"造勢(shì)"演化。當(dāng)前,戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期已經(jīng)不單是中國(guó)獨(dú)享自用的有利時(shí)機(jī),還是為增進(jìn)人類共同利益貢獻(xiàn)智慧、力量、方案的特殊階段。中國(guó)若想更好地維系、善用戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,以人類命運(yùn)共同體的新視角與合作共贏的新思路來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、化解挑戰(zhàn),就成為中國(guó)思考對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略路徑模式的必然選擇。因此,中國(guó)應(yīng)牢牢把握建設(shè)人類命運(yùn)共同體這條貫穿始終的主線,努力將維系和延續(xù)中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期同全球人民的發(fā)展前景對(duì)接起來(lái),最終形成人類命運(yùn)共同體和中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期的相輔相成、相得益彰。
[Abstract]:As the future of all countries in the world is in common, and the degree of their fate is increasingly linked, the transnational nature of cooperation and cooperation among States is required, and the number of world problems has increased substantially.China's strategic opportunity period has evolved from emphasizing "following the situation" and "using the potential" to emphasizing "seeking the potential" and "creating the momentum".At present, the period of strategic opportunity is not only a favorable time for China to enjoy its own use, but also a special stage of contributing wisdom, strength and plan for promoting the common interests of mankind.If China wants to maintain it better, make good use of the strategic opportunity period, deal with the risk and resolve the challenge with the new angle of view of human destiny community and the new thought of win-win cooperation, it will become the inevitable choice for China to think about the mode of foreign strategic path.Therefore, China should firmly grasp the main line that runs through the construction of a community of human destinies, and strive to link the period of China's strategic opportunity with the development prospects of the people of the whole world.Finally, the formation of the human destiny community and China's strategic opportunity period complement each other and complement each other.
