【摘要】：樸素的本土意識是地方身份認同、鄉(xiāng)土意識的表現(xiàn),本土主義則是本土意識的強化與升華,是一種意識形態(tài),主張本地人優(yōu)先,是差R%主義的體現(xiàn)。當本土主義進一步極端強化至與國家認同、民族認同相對立則會演變成一種分離主義。香港自“占中事件”以來,本土意識不斷激進異化,并呈現(xiàn)出分離色彩。以“港獨”為代表的極端本土派借以“本土”之名,行“分離”之實,是時下香港本土意識極端化的表現(xiàn),如果不加以合理疏導,對立雙方坦誠溝通,未來這一現(xiàn)象可能會持續(xù)下去,甚至有進一步蔓延的趨勢。香港本土意識的產(chǎn)生與香港人身份認同的出現(xiàn)有關,并隨著香港人身份認同的變化而變化。港英時期在殖民現(xiàn)代性影響下,香港人的身份認同在“自我”與“他者”的互動中構建起來的,香港本土運動也隨著港人身份意識的出現(xiàn),在20世紀六十年代崛起,并在七、八十年代隨著政治社會問題的變化而變化�；貧w以來,在“一國兩制”政策下,隨著“自由行”等政策的影響,陸港融合不斷深化,與此同時國家主體經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,港人優(yōu)越感減弱,身份認同出現(xiàn)變化,本土意識也趨向激進化、分離化�；貧w以來,香港本土意識逐步異化出分離主義現(xiàn)象。就當前而言,香港分離主義在組織、人物以及理論方面呈現(xiàn)出體系化趨勢;并從最初的“本土‘分離’勢力崛起”階段走向“聯(lián)合海外反華勢力擴張”階段�；貧w以來香港分離主義現(xiàn)象較港英時期凸顯,主要有社會歷史根源、港內(nèi)政治因素、國際背景與經(jīng)濟因素四方面原因。香港分離主義現(xiàn)象在受眾基礎、權力訴求與發(fā)展軌跡三個層面有著精準的演進邏輯,對其進行疏導反思也需要由此入手。從受眾基礎來看,其支持者與后續(xù)爭取者主要針對有狹隘自我認同的極端本土港人,為此香港人需要反思不可把任何社會和經(jīng)濟議題都政治化。從權力訴求來看,其意圖在“本土主義”幌子下尋求“以暴謀獨”,為此中央政府對香港問題無需過于緊張,但也不可掉以輕心。從發(fā)展軌跡來看,其呈現(xiàn)出變相吸收“臺獨”理論與行動綱領的趨勢,對此政府與社會各界需要警惕“暴民政治”和“港獨”蔓延相結合的趨勢。
[Abstract]:Simple local consciousness is the expression of local identity, local consciousness, nativism is the strengthening and sublimation of local consciousness, it is a kind of ideology, it advocates that the local people should take precedence and is the embodiment of the bad R% doctrine.When nativism is further intensified to national identity, national identity will evolve into a separatism.Since the Occupy China incident, Hong Kong's local consciousness has been increasingly alienated and presented with a color of separation.The extreme nativism represented by the "independence of Hong Kong" in the name of "homelands" and the practice of "separation" is a manifestation of the radicalization of Hong Kong's local consciousness nowadays. If it is not reasonably directed, the opposing parties will communicate frankly.In the future, this phenomenon may continue, or even spread further.The emergence of Hong Kong nativism is related to the emergence of Hong Kong people's identity and changes with the change of Hong Kong people's identity.Under the influence of colonial modernity, the identity of Hong Kong people was constructed in the interaction between "self" and "other" during the British period of Hong Kong. With the emergence of the identity consciousness of Hong Kong people, the local movement rose in the 1960s and in the seventh century.The 1980's changed with the change of political and social problems.Since the return of the motherland, under the policy of "one country, two systems" and with the influence of policies such as "free movement," the integration of dry ports has continued to deepen. At the same time, the state's main body economy has developed rapidly, Hong Kong people's sense of superiority has weakened, and their identity has changed.Native consciousness also tends to radicalize and separate.Since the return of the motherland, Hong Kong's local consciousness has gradually alienated itself from the phenomenon of separatism.At present, the separatism in Hong Kong shows a systematic trend in organization, characters and theory, and moves from the initial stage of "the rise of the local 'separatist' forces" to the stage of "the expansion of the anti-China forces of the United overseas".The phenomenon of separatism in Hong Kong since the return of the motherland is more prominent than that in the British period of Hong Kong, with four main causes: social and historical roots, political factors in Hong Kong, international background and economic factors.The phenomenon of separatism in Hong Kong is based on the audience, the power demand and the development path have accurate evolution logic.From the perspective of audience base, its supporters and their successors are mainly aimed at extreme local Hong Kong people with narrow self-identity. Therefore, Hong Kong people need to reflect that no social and economic issues should be politicized.In terms of power demands, the central government is not too nervous about the Hong Kong issue, but it should not be taken lightly because it intends to seek "violent independence" under the guise of "nativism."Judging from the development track, it shows a tendency of absorbing the theory and action program of "Taiwan independence" in a disguised form. Therefore, the government and all circles of society should guard against the combination of "mob politics" and "Hong Kong independence" spread.
