【摘要】：公共物品是一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件,在改善居民生活條件、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、降低勞動(dòng)成本等方面起著重要的作用,一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需要公共物品作為依托,而合理的公共物品投資又能促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,因而公共物品投資和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)一直都是學(xué)術(shù)界討論的熱點(diǎn)。近些年來(lái),依靠寬松的貿(mào)易政策、廉價(jià)的勞動(dòng)力資源、先進(jìn)的軟件行業(yè)等優(yōu)勢(shì),印度正逐漸成為備受外國(guó)投資者青睞的國(guó)家,隨著印度經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展期,公共物品投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之間的矛盾變得更加突出,究竟公共物品投資對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生什么樣的作用?如何妥善安排公共物品投資朝著改善民生的方向發(fā)展?這些尖銳的問(wèn)題正在逐漸成為制約印度經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在,因而研究印度公共物品投資對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用就變得尤為重要。首先,在總結(jié)前人的研究基礎(chǔ)之上,本文通過(guò)定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,研究了獨(dú)立以來(lái)印度公共物品投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,并對(duì)影響公共物品投資的因素進(jìn)行了分析;然后,將印度公共物品投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)聯(lián)系起來(lái)進(jìn)行了理論探討,以此來(lái)為實(shí)證分析作出理論鋪墊;其次,為了說(shuō)明公共物品投資的確與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在緊密聯(lián)系,本文運(yùn)用了實(shí)證分析的方法,通過(guò)格蘭杰因果檢驗(yàn)得出公共物品投資是印度經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的原因,并且合理的公共物品投資對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有著巨大的促進(jìn)作用。最后,根據(jù)理論分析與實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),對(duì)印度未來(lái)公共物品投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提出了合理的建議。
[Abstract]:Public goods are the basic conditions for the economic and social development of a country. They play an important role in improving the living conditions of residents, optimizing the industrial structure, and reducing labor costs. The development of a country's economy needs public goods as its support.And reasonable investment in public goods can promote the development of economy, so investment in public goods and economic growth have always been the focus of academic discussion.In recent years, relying on the advantages of loose trade policy, cheap labor resources and advanced software industry, India is gradually becoming a favored country for foreign investors. As the Indian economy enters a period of rapid development,The contradiction between public goods investment and economic growth becomes more prominent. What effect will public goods investment have on economic growth?How can we properly arrange investment in public goods in the direction of improving people's livelihood?These sharp questions are gradually becoming the key to restrict the further development of India's economy, so it is particularly important to study the role of Indian public goods investment in economic growth.First of all, on the basis of summarizing the previous studies, this paper studies the actual situation of India's public goods investment and economic development since independence through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Then, the paper discusses the relationship between Indian public goods investment and economic growth in order to lay a theoretical foundation for empirical analysis.In order to show that public goods investment is closely related to economic growth, this paper uses the method of empirical analysis to conclude that public goods investment is the reason of India's economic growth through Granger causality test.And the reasonable public goods investment has the huge promotion function to the economic growth.Finally, according to the theoretical analysis and empirical test, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on India's future public goods investment and economic development.
