【摘要】：社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展使得人們對(duì)精神文化生活有了更高的追求,而文化又是綜合國力的重要組成部分,是民族進(jìn)步的階梯。當(dāng)前,我國在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的指導(dǎo)下,黨中央明確指出,文化建設(shè)要切實(shí)滿足群眾的基本生活,符合群眾的實(shí)際需求,并堅(jiān)持以人為本的原則。社區(qū)文化可以推動(dòng)中國特色社會(huì)主義文化的發(fā)展,是貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要舉措。在這種時(shí)代背景下,更應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)和重視對(duì)社會(huì)主義文化的建設(shè)。重視對(duì)社區(qū)文化的建設(shè),有助于豐富人民群眾的文化生活。因此,要實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的進(jìn)一步繁榮發(fā)展,重視社區(qū)文化發(fā)展已成了不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢。本文將社區(qū)文化主要分為四個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,即環(huán)境文化、制度文化、行為文化、精神文化,總結(jié)了太原市社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所取得的成就,發(fā)現(xiàn)了其在建設(shè)過程中所存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分,緒論。主要介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義以及研究方法,同時(shí)對(duì)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)社區(qū)文化的論述進(jìn)行了研究,進(jìn)一步明確了社區(qū)文化在中國特色社會(huì)主義文化中占據(jù)著重要作用。第二部分,社區(qū)文化的相關(guān)理論。這一部分介紹了馬克思主義文化觀、中國共產(chǎn)黨文化觀等相關(guān)理論,對(duì)文化有了理論性的認(rèn)識(shí)。還介紹了社區(qū)文化的相關(guān)概念,最后研究了我國目前社區(qū)文化的建設(shè)模式,以便人們對(duì)社區(qū)文化有更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。第三部分,對(duì)太原市社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所取得的成就進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),通過多方面、多渠道的研究,主要從環(huán)境、制度、行為、精神等四個(gè)方面,回顧和梳理了太原市社區(qū)文化在近幾年來的階段性成果和成績。第四部分,在第三部分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了目前社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所存在的問題,經(jīng)過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),目前在管理機(jī)制、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、社區(qū)工作者隊(duì)伍、居民的參與程度等方面還存在著不足之處。第五部分,針對(duì)目前太原市社區(qū)文化建設(shè)所存在的問題,提出合理且又切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策,鼓勵(lì)政府和社區(qū)從思想上高度重視對(duì)社區(qū)文化的建設(shè),以進(jìn)一步來完善社區(qū)文化管理機(jī)制,吸引社會(huì)各界對(duì)社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的資金投入,從而全面有效地推動(dòng)社區(qū)文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The continuous development of society makes people have a higher pursuit of spiritual and cultural life, and culture is an important part of comprehensive national strength and the ladder of national progress.At present, under the guidance of socialist core values, the CPC Central Committee clearly points out that cultural construction should meet the basic life of the masses, meet the actual needs of the masses, and adhere to the principle of people-oriented.Community culture can promote the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and is an important measure to carry out the scientific development view.In this background, we should strengthen and attach importance to the construction of socialist culture.Paying attention to the construction of community culture is helpful to enrich the people's cultural life.Therefore, to realize the further prosperity and development of the city, it has become an irreversible trend to attach importance to the development of community culture.This article divides the community culture into four aspects to carry on the investigation and the research, namely the environment culture, the system culture, the behavior culture, the spirit culture, has summarized the Taiyuan city community culture construction achievement.The problems in the process of construction are found, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance and research methods. At the same time, it studies the discussion of community culture at home and abroad.Further clear community culture in the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics occupies an important role.The second part, the related theories of community culture.This part introduces the Marxist cultural view, the Chinese Communist Party cultural view and other related theories, and has a theoretical understanding of culture.It also introduces the related concepts of community culture, and finally studies the construction mode of community culture in our country, so that people can have a deeper understanding of community culture.In the third part, the author analyzes and summarizes the achievements of the community culture construction in Taiyuan, mainly from four aspects: environment, system, behavior, spirit and so on.Reviewed and combed the Taiyuan city community culture in recent years the stage achievement and the achievement.The fourth part, on the basis of the third part of the study, analyzes the existing problems in the construction of community culture. After investigation, it is found that the current management mechanism, infrastructure, community workers,There are still some deficiencies in the participation of residents.In the fifth part, aiming at the problems existing in the construction of community culture in Taiyuan, the author puts forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures to encourage the government and the community to attach great importance to the construction of community culture.In order to further improve the management mechanism of community culture and attract all sectors of the community to invest in the construction of community culture, so as to fully and effectively promote the construction of community culture.
