【摘要】：1978年黨的十一屆三中全會(huì)以來(lái),建設(shè)富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家成為我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展追求的宏偉目標(biāo)。社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的確立,更是奠定了具有中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展道路的現(xiàn)實(shí)根基。近40年來(lái),在相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的政治秩序下,快速的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為我國(guó)帶來(lái)了絕對(duì)貧困人口的減少、教育醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展以及經(jīng)濟(jì)總量躍居世界第二等方面的社會(huì)進(jìn)步。然而,嚴(yán)格來(lái)說(shuō),中國(guó)的現(xiàn)代化之路還只是走在半途,因?yàn)橐粋�(gè)全面現(xiàn)代化的社會(huì),需要的不僅僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,更需要政治制度的完善同步推進(jìn),二者缺一不可。這需要從政治發(fā)展的維度和制度變革的角度,審視當(dāng)下中國(guó)的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,以期通過(guò)制度變革破解中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中所遭遇的種種難題,為中國(guó)順利跨越"半程現(xiàn)代化"陷阱、實(shí)現(xiàn)全面現(xiàn)代化提供一種新的思路。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1978, building a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country has become the grand goal of our country's long-term development.The establishment of socialist market economy system has laid a realistic foundation for the development of modernization with Chinese characteristics.In the past 40 years, under the relatively stable political order, the rapid economic development has brought about the reduction of the absolute poor population, the development of education and medical treatment, and the social progress in the world.However, strictly speaking, the road of China's modernization is only halfway, because a comprehensive modernized society needs not only economic and social progress, but also the simultaneous improvement of political system, both of which are indispensable.It is necessary to examine the current development of China's modernization from the perspective of political development and institutional change, in order to solve the difficulties encountered in the process of China's modernization through institutional reform, so that China can successfully overcome the trap of "half-way modernization".The realization of full-scale modernization provides a new way of thinking.
