【摘要】：作為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的重要人物,劉少奇參與了新中國(guó)外交的多項(xiàng)重大事件。在外交決策中,劉少奇扮演了執(zhí)行者、制定者以及建議者等多項(xiàng)角色,憑借自身能力有效推動(dòng)了新中國(guó)外交事業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是其中劉少奇在外交決策的執(zhí)行上參與最多,而在決策的制定和建議上起到的作用較小。劉少奇的個(gè)人性格以及政治興趣,新中國(guó)外交決策體制和劉少奇和毛澤東兩人之間的互動(dòng)是決定劉少奇外交決策的角色和作用的最主要因素。
[Abstract]:As an important figure in the first leadership of the Communist Party of China, Liu Shaoqi was involved in a number of major events in New China's diplomacy.Liu Shaoqi has played many roles in foreign policy making, such as executor, setter and proponent, and has effectively promoted the development of New China's diplomatic cause by virtue of his own ability.However, Liu Shaoqi is the most involved in the implementation of diplomatic decisions, and plays a small role in making decisions and suggestions.Liu Shaoqi's personal character and political interest, the diplomatic decision-making system of New China and the interaction between Liu Shaoqi and Mao Zedong are the most important factors that determine the role and role of the diplomatic decision.
