【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,對(duì)于老年人的重視程度逐漸增大,在社會(huì)層面,政府給予老年人很多優(yōu)惠政策,為老年人提供各種服務(wù),促進(jìn)老年人的身體健康。同時(shí)出現(xiàn)了很多的公益性組織,他們?yōu)榱死夏耆说纳硇慕】刀?通過(guò)各種不同的方面籌集資金,為老年人提供服務(wù)。在個(gè)人層面上來(lái)說(shuō),人們對(duì)于自己生活質(zhì)量的關(guān)注越來(lái)越大,特別是老年群體,老年群體隨著其身體機(jī)能的不斷弱化,其生活質(zhì)量和生活水平不能得到很好的保證,人們生活水平逐漸提升,死亡率下降,老年人口的數(shù)量正在逐漸增加。從社會(huì)層面來(lái)說(shuō),人口老齡化逐漸加劇,人口老齡化是人口發(fā)展到一定階段的必然產(chǎn)物,是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。在這種時(shí)代背景之下,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老逐漸進(jìn)入歷史的舞臺(tái)。所謂社區(qū)養(yǎng)老是指將那些需要照顧的老年人安置在自己熟悉的社區(qū)中進(jìn)行照顧,而不是將其安置在其他養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)里進(jìn)行照顧,動(dòng)用社區(qū)內(nèi)的資源滿(mǎn)足老年人的需求。在社區(qū)養(yǎng)老中,出現(xiàn)很多種形式,老年人日間照料服務(wù)中心也如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn),老年人希望能夠得到家人間的陪伴,同時(shí)也希望能夠得到社區(qū)機(jī)構(gòu)給予的硬件支持。開(kāi)辦老年人日間照料中心恰好滿(mǎn)足了老年人的這些需求,讓這些有需要的老年人,上午在社區(qū)中的日間照料中心入托,下午回家享受天倫之樂(lè)。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型,家庭傳統(tǒng)模式和結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,日間照料中心受到越來(lái)越多老年人的青睞。本文主要通過(guò)六個(gè)月日間照料的實(shí)習(xí)擬探索老年日間照料中心社會(huì)工作機(jī)構(gòu)從"嵌入式"向"合作式"轉(zhuǎn)變的模式與路徑,目的是探索太倉(cāng)市社會(huì)工作是否已經(jīng)擁有轉(zhuǎn)型條件,把握時(shí)機(jī)促進(jìn)社會(huì)工作的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本文主要通過(guò)五個(gè)部分來(lái)敘述第一部分為導(dǎo)論,首先將當(dāng)前社會(huì)人口老齡化的社會(huì)背景與太倉(cāng)市浮橋鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,通過(guò)論證說(shuō)明日間照料中心存在的必要性。之后通過(guò)社會(huì)工作專(zhuān)業(yè)視角分析日間照料中心的發(fā)展模式。第二部分結(jié)合我國(guó)社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀對(duì)本論文的研究背景以及研究意義進(jìn)行分析與論證。探討日間照料模式轉(zhuǎn)變之后會(huì)存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)。第三部分通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)日間照料的案例進(jìn)行分析,分析之后與中國(guó)日照進(jìn)行對(duì)比,觀察國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展不同之處,取其精華,去其糟粕。介紹本文所用理論,包括馬斯洛需求理論,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論,優(yōu)勢(shì)視角理論。第四部分是對(duì)太倉(cāng)建紅社區(qū)日間照料的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)對(duì)六個(gè)月實(shí)習(xí)所在的建紅社區(qū)以及日照中出現(xiàn)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題引導(dǎo)出從"嵌入"向"合作"轉(zhuǎn)變的概念。第五部分通過(guò)對(duì)"嵌入式"與"合作式"的SWOT分析,了解各自?xún)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并最終確定"合作式"作為一種新形勢(shì)存在的必要性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development in China, the degree of attention to the elderly is gradually increasing. At the social level, the government gives many preferential policies to the elderly, provides various services for the elderly, and promotes the health of the elderly.At the same time, there are many public welfare organizations, they work for the physical and mental health of the elderly, through various aspects of funding to provide services for the elderly.On the personal level, people pay more and more attention to their quality of life, especially the elderly group, whose living quality and living standard can not be guaranteed well with the weakening of their body function.Living standards are rising, mortality is falling, and the number of elderly people is increasing.From the social aspect, the aging of the population gradually intensifies. The aging of the population is the inevitable outcome of the development of the population to a certain stage and the inevitable result of the social development.In this background, the community pension gradually entered the stage of history.The so-called community old-age care refers to those who need to take care of the elderly in their own familiar community to take care of, rather than their placement in other pension institutions to take care of, using community resources to meet the needs of the elderly.In the community pension, there are many forms, the elderly day care service centers are also springing up, the elderly want to be accompanied by their families, but also hope to be able to get hardware support from community organizations.The opening of day care centres for the elderly meets these needs, allowing those in need to take care of themselves in the morning at day care centres in the community and to enjoy the family reunion at home in the afternoon.With the development of social economy and the transformation of society, the traditional pattern and structure of family are changing, and day care centers are more and more popular among the elderly.Through the practice of six months' day care, this paper intends to explore the mode and path of the social work organization of the elderly day care center from "embedded" to "cooperative", with the purpose of exploring whether the social work in Taicang City already has the conditions for transformation.Seize the opportunity to promote the further development of social work.The first part is the introduction of this paper, which combines the current social background of population aging with the actual situation in Fuqiao Town, Taicang City, and explains the necessity of the existence of day care center.Then the development model of day care center is analyzed from the perspective of social work.The second part analyzes and demonstrates the research background and significance of this paper.To explore the advantages of changing the mode of day care.The third part analyzes the case of day care at home and abroad, compares it with Chinese sunshine, observes the difference between domestic and foreign development, takes the essence and discards the dregs.This paper introduces the theories used in this paper, including Maslow's demand theory, ecosystem theory and superiority perspective theory.The fourth part is to analyze the present situation of day care in Jianhong community of Taicang, and to guide the concept of "embedding" to "cooperation" by analyzing the related problems in Jianghong community where the six-month internship is located and the related problems in Rizhao.The fifth part through the "embedded" and "cooperative" SWOT analysis, understand their strengths and weaknesses, and finally determine the "cooperative" as a new situation of necessity.
