【摘要】：哲學(xué)的基本功能不僅應(yīng)該包括認(rèn)識(shí)世界和改造世界,也應(yīng)該包括享受世界。享受不是主體對(duì)客體的剝奪,而是主體與客觀世界的共贏。學(xué)習(xí)馬克思主義哲學(xué)的基本意義不僅在于歸納和總結(jié)它的基成對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的解讀與解決。用馬克思主義哲學(xué)的基本觀點(diǎn)和方法來研究我國多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度的發(fā)展問題,是馬克思主義哲學(xué)回歸現(xiàn)實(shí)關(guān)照功能的一次嘗試,具有一定理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度是有著堅(jiān)實(shí)的唯物史觀基礎(chǔ)的,這突出體現(xiàn)在馬克思主義關(guān)于革命對(duì)象、任務(wù)、主體理論和群眾、政黨、領(lǐng)袖關(guān)系理論中。馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家對(duì)于多黨合作與政治協(xié)商理論有著諸多論述。我國多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度既是對(duì)馬克思主義多黨合作與政治協(xié)商理論的踐行,又是偉大的創(chuàng)新和探索。今天我國多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度的運(yùn)行中存在著一系列問題,既存在著執(zhí)政黨與民主黨派的關(guān)系問題、民主黨派之間的關(guān)系問題、民主黨派與政協(xié)組織的關(guān)系問題,也存在著大眾對(duì)多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度的認(rèn)同問題。當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)于多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度的研究中,理論演繹與價(jià)值判斷類研究居多,實(shí)證考察與運(yùn)行模式類研究偏少;經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)與宏觀考察居多,動(dòng)態(tài)梳理與問題導(dǎo)向性研究明顯不足。以臺(tái)盟為視角,考察多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度在云南的實(shí)踐與發(fā)展,有利于彌補(bǔ)當(dāng)前此方面研究的不足。其間,在多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度體系下,考察云南民主黨派與政協(xié)組織的發(fā)展歷程、肩負(fù)的職責(zé)和功能,有利于發(fā)現(xiàn)多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度在運(yùn)行層面的具體問題;考察多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度在云南的認(rèn)同狀態(tài)、影響因素與基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),有利于發(fā)現(xiàn)這一制度本身的群眾基礎(chǔ)和運(yùn)行實(shí)效性。最后,本文從堅(jiān)持中國特色社會(huì)主義基本政治制度、保障民主黨派參政議政地位合法性和創(chuàng)新政治協(xié)商方式等方面對(duì)我國多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度發(fā)展的路徑選擇問題提出建議。
[Abstract]:The basic function of philosophy should include not only understanding and transforming the world, but also enjoying the world.Enjoyment is not the deprivation of the object by the subject, but the win-win between the subject and the objective world.The basic significance of studying Marxist philosophy lies not only in the interpretation and solution of its fundamental and practical problems.It is an attempt to use the basic viewpoints and methods of Marxist philosophy to study the development of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in our country. It is an attempt to return Marxist philosophy to reality and has certain theoretical and practical significance.The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation has a solid foundation of historical materialism, which is prominently reflected in the Marxist theory of revolutionary object, task, subject theory and mass, political party and leader relationship.Marxist classic writers have many expositions on the theory of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in China is not only the practice of Marxist theory of multi-party cooperation and political consultation, but also a great innovation and exploration.Today, there are a series of problems in the operation of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in our country. They include the relationship between the ruling party and the democratic parties, the relationship between the democratic parties, and the relationship between the democratic parties and the CPPCC.There is also the issue of public recognition of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.In the current academic research on the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation, the theoretical deduction and value judgment are mostly studied, the empirical study and the operation mode are less, the experience summary and the macroscopic investigation are the majority.Dynamic combing and problem-oriented research are obviously insufficient.From the perspective of the Taiwan League, it is helpful to investigate the practice and development of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in Yunnan.In the meantime, under the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation, the development course of democratic parties and CPPCC organizations in Yunnan is investigated, and the duties and functions they shoulder are helpful to find out the specific problems of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation at the operational level.It is helpful to find out the mass basis and actual effect of the system itself by examining the identity state, influencing factors and basic experience of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in Yunnan.Finally, from the perspective of upholding the basic political system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to ensure the legitimacy of the democratic parties' participation in politics and discuss the political affairs and how to innovate the political consultation methods in the development of the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation in our country.
