【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記在"7.26"重要講話~((1))中指出:"我們黨是高度重視理論建設(shè)和理論指導(dǎo)的黨……要在堅持馬克思主義基本原理的基礎(chǔ)上,以更寬廣的視野、更長遠的眼光來思考和把握國家未來發(fā)展面臨的一系列重大戰(zhàn)略問題,在理論上不斷拓展新視野、作出新概括。"事實上,黨的十八大以來,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)治國理政的偉大實踐中,形成了以習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話精神和黨中央治國理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略為標志的重大理論創(chuàng)新成果,極大地豐富和發(fā)展了當(dāng)代的中國馬克思主義。恩格斯在談到馬克思的政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)時,揭示了創(chuàng)造新的概念和術(shù)語在理論創(chuàng)新中的關(guān)鍵作用,他講道:"一門科學(xué)提出的每一種新見解都包含這門科學(xué)的術(shù)語的革命。"(《〈資本論〉英文版序言》,《馬克思恩格斯文集》第5卷,人民出版社2009年版,第32頁)習(xí)近平在哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)工作座談會上指出:"要善于提煉標識性概念,打造易于為國際社會所理解和接受的新概念、新范疇、新表述,引導(dǎo)國際學(xué)術(shù)界展開研究和討論。"(習(xí)近平:《在哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)工作座談會上的講話》,《人民日報》,2016年5月19日)這個論斷闡明了創(chuàng)建中國特色哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)性工作和關(guān)鍵性環(huán)節(jié)。在習(xí)近平總書記的理論創(chuàng)新成果中,實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢、"五位一體"總體布局、"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局、人類命運共同體、"一帶一路"倡議等標識性概念,構(gòu)成了新的理論體系的邏輯樞紐,我們需要深入研究和把握。為此,我們組織了幾位同志就這些標識性概念的內(nèi)涵、價值特別是它們的建構(gòu)方法進行了研討,現(xiàn)將這一組成果奉獻出來,以期推進對馬克思主義中國化最新成果的理論研究。
