【摘要】：隨著人口流動(dòng)和老年贍養(yǎng)脫離的常態(tài)化,"老漂族"的出現(xiàn)具有某種必然性和合理性。但是,"老漂族"也面臨諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及挑戰(zhàn)。其中,漂族老人需要引起高度關(guān)注的突出一面是精神養(yǎng)老問題,無論是安養(yǎng)、樂活還是善終,理想養(yǎng)老的每一個(gè)階段都離不開對(duì)精神養(yǎng)老的關(guān)注和考量。應(yīng)著力在健康老齡化和積極老齡化的指引下,構(gòu)建"自我養(yǎng)老為主、家庭養(yǎng)老和社會(huì)養(yǎng)老為輔"的多支柱養(yǎng)老模式。
[Abstract]:With the regularization of population flow and old age support, the emergence of "old drift" has some inevitability and rationality.However, the "old drifters" also face many risks and challenges.Among them, the outstanding aspect that the drifters need to arouse high attention is the problem of the spiritual old-age support, no matter it is safe, happy or good to die, every stage of the ideal old-age support can not be separated from the concern and consideration of the spiritual old-age support.Under the guidance of healthy aging and active aging, we should construct a multi-pillar pension model, which is "self-supporting, family and social old-age".
