【摘要】：正伴隨著改革開放,我國社會由于經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)變、國家產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,勞動就業(yè)制度發(fā)生了較大變化,這使得社會轉(zhuǎn)型加劇,與之相伴隨的是利益分配格局發(fā)生了變化,城市化進(jìn)程加速,這就導(dǎo)致部分城市人成為下崗、失業(yè)人員,淪為社會弱勢群體。他們處于社會底層,基本生活有時也難以保障。張禮建先生著作的《城市社會性弱勢群體利益訴求研究》一書從社會實(shí)際出發(fā),研究了社會弱勢群體的利益訴求和解決之道,系統(tǒng)化地探討了教師教學(xué)過程中對該問題的教授
