【摘要】：正5月22日,中國-小島嶼國家海洋部長圓桌會(huì)議(以下簡稱"圓桌會(huì)議")第一次籌備工作會(huì)議在京召開,此次會(huì)議的主題為"藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟(jì)生態(tài)海島",由國家海洋局和福建省人民政府共同主辦,將于9月21日—22日在福建平潭召開,屆時(shí)來自23個(gè)國家的海洋部長將齊聚平潭。此次圓桌會(huì)議的議題為海島經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、海島生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)、應(yīng)對氣候變化與防災(zāi)減災(zāi)、海水淡化與海島供水安全,主要目標(biāo)是進(jìn)一步密切與島嶼國家間的友好合作關(guān)系,逐步構(gòu)建基于海洋合作的藍(lán)色伙伴關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:On 22 May, the first preparatory working meeting of the Ministerial Round Table on the Oceans of China and small Island States (hereinafter referred to as the Round Table) was held in Beijing.The theme of the meeting, "Blue Economic and Ecological Island," will be co-hosted by the State Oceanic Administration and the people's Government of Fujian Province, and will be held in Pingtan, Fujian Province, from September 21 to 22.The main objectives of the round table are the sustainable development of the island economy, the protection of the island's ecological environment, the response to climate change and disaster prevention and mitigation, desalination and the security of the island's water supply. The main objective of the round table is to further strengthen friendly and cooperative relations with the island countries.Gradually build a blue partnership based on ocean cooperation.
