【摘要】：隨著人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展,社區(qū)文化服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為城市進(jìn)步的新鮮血液。如今,城市化進(jìn)程提高了城市的人口密度和人們的文化需求,同時(shí)也對(duì)城市社區(qū)文化服務(wù)提出了新要求。目前,城市社區(qū)文化服務(wù)對(duì)提高人們文化素養(yǎng)和保持社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展有著重要意義,因此城市社區(qū)文化資源也就成為了整個(gè)城市文化水平發(fā)展的重要源泉。在經(jīng)濟(jì)日益增長(zhǎng)的過(guò)程中,社區(qū)的文化發(fā)展也遇到了各種困難和問(wèn)題,黨和政府從中認(rèn)識(shí)到整個(gè)城市的文化水平發(fā)展離不開(kāi)社區(qū)文化的發(fā)展,并對(duì)社區(qū)文化服務(wù)給予了政策和財(cái)政上的支持,不斷優(yōu)化社區(qū)文化資源,使社區(qū)文化資源達(dá)到最大化的利用,以滿足人民群眾日益增長(zhǎng)的文化需求。鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)社區(qū)文化服務(wù)建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展沒(méi)有形成正比,滯后于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。本文對(duì)鄂爾多斯市東勝區(qū)城市社區(qū)文化服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of human society, community cultural service has become the fresh blood of urban progress. Nowadays, the urbanization process has increased the population density and cultural needs of the city. At the same time, it also puts forward new requirements for the urban community cultural service. At present, the urban community cultural service is of great significance in improving people's cultural literacy and maintaining social harmony and stability. Therefore, the cultural resources of urban communities have become an important source for the development of the cultural level of the whole city. In the process of increasing economic growth, the cultural development of the communities has also met with various difficulties and problems. The Party and the government have realized that the development of the cultural level of the whole city cannot be separated from the development of the community culture, and has given policy and financial support to the community cultural service, and has continuously optimized the cultural resources of the community. To maximize the utilization of community cultural resources to meet the increasing cultural needs of the people. The construction of community cultural services in Dongsheng District of Ordos City is not directly proportional to economic development. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of community cultural service in Dongsheng District of Ordos.
