【摘要】：當前,在我國養(yǎng)老服務深化發(fā)展中,機構養(yǎng)老一床難求與床位空置、居家社區(qū)養(yǎng)老服務供需不平衡等結構性矛盾不斷凸顯。本文通過分析我國養(yǎng)老服務的需求和供給情況,以及國內部分省份養(yǎng)老服務融合發(fā)展模式的實踐探索,提出機構社區(qū)化和社區(qū)機構化發(fā)展模式是居家、社區(qū)和機構養(yǎng)老服務融合發(fā)展的有效選擇。
[Abstract]:At present, in the deepening development of China's pension services, pension institutions is hard to find a vacant home beds, supply and demand imbalance of community endowment service structural contradictions prominent. In this paper, through the analysis of the demand and supply situation of China's pension services, as well as the practice mode of domestic some provinces pension service integration exploration, proposed mechanism and community community organization development mode is the home, choose effective integration and development of community and pension services.
