【摘要】：黨的思想路線是黨制定路線、方針和政策的基礎(chǔ)和保證,是關(guān)乎國(guó)家前途命運(yùn)的重大問(wèn)題。馬克思主義中國(guó)化是黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進(jìn)行革命、建設(shè)和改革亙古不變的主題。習(xí)近平告誡廣大黨員要弘揚(yáng)實(shí)事求是精神,擔(dān)當(dāng)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的實(shí)現(xiàn)者和馬克思主義中國(guó)化進(jìn)程的推動(dòng)者。對(duì)黨的思想路線和馬克思主義中國(guó)化關(guān)系的研究意義重大,在馬克思主義中國(guó)化進(jìn)程中不斷推動(dòng)黨的思想路線的發(fā)展,是加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)的雙重需要,在黨的思想路線引領(lǐng)下推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化是新時(shí)期黨和人民的重大使命。黨的思想路線與馬克思主義中國(guó)化具有內(nèi)在一致性,兩者是邏輯與歷史的統(tǒng)一。一方面,馬克思主義中國(guó)化是黨的思想路線形成發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是其形成發(fā)展的來(lái)源和動(dòng)力。表現(xiàn)為:對(duì)革命道路的反思催生思想路線的初步形成;對(duì)錯(cuò)誤思想的糾偏推進(jìn)思想路線的系統(tǒng)闡釋;對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)推動(dòng)思想路線在全黨確立;建國(guó)初期和“文化大革命”時(shí)期的主觀主義錯(cuò)誤導(dǎo)致思想路線的曲折;中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的新實(shí)踐推動(dòng)思想路線的恢復(fù)和發(fā)展。另一方面,黨的思想路線是馬克思主義中國(guó)化的生命線,為馬克思主義中國(guó)化的實(shí)踐提供了思想保障和方法論指導(dǎo)。其中,一切從實(shí)際出發(fā)是前提,為中國(guó)化提供了研究依據(jù);理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際是根本,為中國(guó)化提供了方法論;實(shí)事求是是關(guān)鍵,為中國(guó)化掃清了思想障礙,是中國(guó)化理論成果的精髓;在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)真理和發(fā)展真理是保障,為中國(guó)化提供了檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和內(nèi)在目的。四個(gè)方面缺一不可,只有牢牢抓住前提,夯實(shí)根本,把握關(guān)鍵,強(qiáng)化保障,才能推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化的實(shí)踐。新時(shí)期,不僅要深刻理解思想路線的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,更要以其新發(fā)展為指引,堅(jiān)持解放思想,破除認(rèn)識(shí)障礙;堅(jiān)持與時(shí)俱進(jìn),彰顯生命活力;堅(jiān)持求真務(wù)實(shí),凸顯價(jià)值目標(biāo);堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是,科學(xué)治國(guó)理政,才能真正以黨的思想路線為指導(dǎo),持續(xù)譜寫馬克思主義中國(guó)化新篇章。黨的思想路線和馬克思主義中國(guó)化邏輯與歷史統(tǒng)一的過(guò)程,就是黨帶領(lǐng)人民從馬克思主義中國(guó)化的客觀實(shí)踐出發(fā),對(duì)歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)而形成邏輯認(rèn)識(shí)——黨的思想路線,并借助人類實(shí)踐轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí),同時(shí)不斷豐富黨的思想路線和中國(guó)化的馬克思主義理論,用以指導(dǎo)馬克思主義中國(guó)化新實(shí)踐的螺旋上升的動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:The ideological line of the Party is the basis and guarantee of the Party's formulation of the line, principles and policies, and is a major issue concerning the future and destiny of the country. The Sinicization of Marxism means that the Party leads the people in carrying out the revolution. Building and reforming the everlasting theme. Xi Jinping warned the broad masses of party members to carry forward the spirit of seeking truth from facts. As the implementer of Chinese Dream and the promoter of the process of Sinicization of Marxism, it is of great significance to study the ideological line of the Party and the relationship between Marxism and Sinicization. Promoting the development of the Party's ideological line in the process of Marxism's Sinicization is the dual need to strengthen the theory and reality of party building. Promoting the Sinicization of Marxism under the guidance of the Party's ideological line is an important mission of the Party and the people in the new period. The ideological line of the Party has internal consistency with the Sinicization of Marxism, and the two are the unity of logic and history. Sinicization of Marxism is the foundation of the formation and development of the Party's ideological line and the source and motive force of its formation and development. The systematic interpretation of the ideological line of correcting and promoting the erroneous thought, the summary of the experience of the Anti-Japanese War, the establishment of the ideological line in the whole Party, the subjectivism error in the early period of the founding of the people's Republic of China and the period of the "Cultural Revolution" lead to the twists and turns of the ideological line. The new practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics promotes the restoration and development of the ideological line. On the other hand, the ideological line of the Party is the lifeline of the Sinicization of Marxism. It provides ideological guarantee and methodological guidance for the practice of Sinicization of Marxism. Among them, all proceeding from reality is the premise and provides the research basis for Sinicization, the combination of theory and practice is fundamental, and it provides methodology for Sinicization. Seeking truth from facts is the key, clears the thought barrier for China, is the quintessence of the theory achievement of China; in practice, testing truth and developing truth is the guarantee, and provides the test standard and internal purpose for Chinese. Only by firmly grasping the premise, ramming the foundation, grasping the key points and strengthening the guarantee can we promote the practice of Marxism in China. In the new era, we should not only deeply understand the scientific connotation of the ideological line, but also be guided by its new development. Adhere to emancipating the mind, breaking down the obstacles of understanding, keeping pace with the times, showing the vitality of life, insisting on seeking truth from facts and highlighting the value goal, insisting on seeking truth from facts, managing state affairs scientifically, can we really take the ideological line of the Party as the guide, The party's ideological line and the process of unifying the logic and history of Marxism in China means that the party leads the people to proceed from the objective practice of Marxism in China. Summing up the historical experience and lessons to form a logical understanding of the Party's ideological line, and turning it into reality with the help of human practice, at the same time continuously enriching the Party's ideological line and the Sinicized Marxist theory, The dynamic process of spiral rise to guide the new practice of Marxism in China.
