【摘要】：中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的方式和任務(wù)取決于其所處的階段。從社會(huì)發(fā)展方式和階段性特征視角看,改革開放之初是"動(dòng)員參與期",其任務(wù)主要是動(dòng)員參與,各盡其能,使社會(huì)活力迸發(fā)出來(lái);繼之而來(lái)的是"利益分化期",其任務(wù)主要是各謀其利,造成社會(huì)差距拉大;再后來(lái)是"表達(dá)訴求期",其任務(wù)主要是各言其言,尊重各階層社會(huì)成員的正當(dāng)利益訴求,并使各種訴求通過合適的渠道表達(dá)出來(lái);新時(shí)期是"整合凝聚期",其任務(wù)主要是各得其所,協(xié)調(diào)各種力量和各方面的利益關(guān)系,尋求最大公約數(shù),整合凝聚中國(guó)力量積極保障和改善民生。從邏輯上把握改革開放以來(lái)中國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的階段性特征,有助于深刻理解"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局和"五大發(fā)展理念",也有助于推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:The mode and task of China's social development depends on its stage. From the perspective of social development mode and stage characteristics, the beginning of reform and opening up is a period of mobilization and participation, the main task of which is to mobilize participation and do its best. The social vitality is burst out, followed by a period of "interest differentiation", the main task of which is to seek their own interests, resulting in a widening of the social gap; and then the "period of expression of demands", the main task of which is to speak their own words, Respecting the legitimate interests of the members of all sectors of society and expressing them through appropriate channels; the new era is a period of "integration and agglomeration", the main task of which is to coordinate the various forces and interests of all parties, Seeking the greatest common divisor, integrating and condensing Chinese forces to actively safeguard and improve people's livelihood, and logically grasping the stage characteristics of China's social transformation since the reform and opening up. It is not only helpful to understand the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and "five development concepts", but also to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.
