【摘要】：區(qū)域性國際組織中的參與國對不同領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的問題可存在差異性的認識和定位,各成員國可就多個領(lǐng)域分別進行決策和博弈,并最終形成復(fù)合式的國家——組織決策框架。如果國際組織提供的公共產(chǎn)品不足以促使成員國主動參與合作的話,即使在成員國數(shù)量有限的國際組織中也會遵循奧爾森所說的"集體行動"的邏輯。本文通過研究上海合作組織成員國在不同領(lǐng)域合作中的行動邏輯,探究影響區(qū)域性國際組織成員國參與合作的動機和因素。
[Abstract]:Countries participating in regional international organizations may have different perceptions and positions of problems in different fields, and member States can make decisions and play games in a number of areas, And ultimately form a composite national-organizational decision-making framework. If the public goods provided by international organizations are not sufficient to encourage member States to participate actively in cooperation, Even in international organizations with a limited number of member countries, the logic of "collective action" as described by Olsen is followed. This paper studies the logic of action of SCO member States in different fields of cooperation. To explore the influence of regional international organizations member countries to participate in the cooperation of motivation and factors.
