【摘要】：作為多元社會中國家治理的藝術(shù),協(xié)商民主與美德具有內(nèi)在的緊密聯(lián)系。協(xié)商民主不僅是不同主體間溝通和對話的形式,更是不同主體培育和實(shí)踐美德的重要載體。社會主體的美德決定著協(xié)商民主水平的高低和品質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣。當(dāng)代中國的協(xié)商民主制度為弘揚(yáng)政黨倫理和建設(shè)公民道德提供了有利且重要的渠道。但是,協(xié)商民主的異化會壓擠美德的生存空間,戕害美德的形成與發(fā)展,釀成美德風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:As the art of national governance in a pluralistic society, deliberative democracy is closely related to virtue. It is not only a form of communication and dialogue among different subjects. It is also an important carrier for different subjects to cultivate and practice virtue. The virtue of social subject determines the level and quality of negotiation democracy. The system of consultation democracy in contemporary China is to carry forward party ethics and build citizen morality. Provides favorable and important channels. But, The alienation of deliberative democracy will squeeze out the living space of virtue, harm the formation and development of virtue, and lead to the risk of virtue.
